Good place if you want some used clothing or toys for your kids for less money. The Selling-items-to-them is not worth it. They only accept certain items and give you 1/4 of the original price IF your items are in perfect condition. You need to leave your items and them come back later to pick them up again. You make more money driving Uber instead, during the time it takes.

This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at any store I have EVER been to. First off, first time going, we go drop off clothes around 4:30pm and provide contact information, they say it will be 15 minutes that is all that was said. I was honestly chocked how quick the entire process was. Looking back I should've asked more questions. We look around for a few minutes, purchase a book for our son then noticed that nothing we brought had been touched. We then decide to leave then come back whenever we get a call or text from them. Well that NEVER happened. Go back a few days later only to be HOUNDED at by an older lady with brown hair insisting that they reached out to us and going ON & ON & ON about the whole spiel they give people about their rules and how its same day service and how we are wrong and lying. Well, honestly they saw us leave the day of and didn't think to call or text us to let us know its same day service and that we needed to come back. There was no communication on their end. This woman was so combative for no reason, we were literally just there to get store credit and buy other items. I have always been a fan of resale shops and was hoping to come to this one since it is close to us. The woman then tells us to go to a cashier and the poor girls face explained it all. Apparently this woman is just like this. The woman kept hounding us over about not bringing the pink copy receipt with us, which again we were not told to. The cashier then tells us she would just give us our money so we could head out. I have never felt so unwelcome to any store my entire life. That woman really needs to be sat down with and have a conversation and learn how to effectively communicate with people. At this point I am happy to make the drive and give my business to other resale shops I have used in the past.

I’ve been selling to this location for a while and this is my last time. I had a bin full of clothes and shoes and I can almost guarantee the clothes weren’t looked at. So I asked them to be donated. They stated I didn’t have matching sets of clothes and in fact, I did! The customer service hasn’t been the best lately. Very disappointed.

Took two bins full of clothes that I thought were all in good condition, all brand clothing too like Carter’s, baby gap, old navy etc. Only got offered $2, I wasted more gas going over there. Never taking clothes there again.

First and last time visiting this store. Very disrespectful staff . Waste of my time! For the management - please train your staff to be a bit humble and helpful which will take your business a long way. Feels like your staff are over worked and are forced to work there given their attitude.

This location is HUGE! I found the selection amazing and the manger Ally went out of her way to help us out. We drive 1 1/2 hours to come to this location and it is so worth it! Definitely give them a try... And be prepared to shop! Great finds. We love this location!

If you’re looking for fair selection of clothes for the low then look no further! Friendly staff and nice clean location. If you’re selling don’t expect to get much $$. I use to work for similar chain (Plato’s Closet) so I understand but still wow lol. You’re better off donating!

Good selection of boys and girls clothes of all ages. Reasonable prices. I have bought and sold clothes here. One thing is certain. Young and immature staff are not friendly and seem to look down on the customers. I've experienced and witnessed it. Customer service definitely needs improvement, but I will continue to shop here. If you can ignore the young girls who work behind the counter it's worth while.

LOVE the selection this store has! I consistently find clothing and shoes for my son, and have since he was an infant (now 5). Customer service when trying to sell is a little rough, but I will continue to shop here for the great deals and the selection.
