I been going to this place for a while the food is great since I tried the singel cheese burger every morning but I realized that the label the $3.99 but when he scanned to the registered it changed me $4.99 and I ask a guy their what is wrong with price he was idk but the next day I ask the Same guy he Ignore me and didn't say anything

UNPROFESSIONAL** The Customer service here is terrible. Charged me 3 times for a drink and argued with me when I asked about it. They refunded me one but then didn’t for the other. Argued that fact with me publicly and told me to come back to see a manager at 10am.. their machine that scanned items isn’t working properly and they don’t seem to care to fix it so nobody else has to deal with a problem like this again. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. Sure it won’t be the last.. I’m more upset with the way they decided to handle this situation. Unprofessional!

Lazy employees. I just left this location. The guy on the register was on phone. The lady was afraid to move so she could ring up my items and take my money. I had to push my stuff to her so she could keep leaning on the counter. She wanted me to stretch to give her my money cause lord be she moves.

They are not the friendliest people and you can tell they don't wash the machine parts due to flavors of the cappuccino machine being empty for at least a week straight. The lines can get ridiculously long and only one person will be behind the counter. Coffee area stays messy. Stop at your own risk

Station and workers are friendly and everything is clean and they're always ready to help. The On the Run area has hot and fresh food. The young man is always knowledgeable and helpful when selecting a meal. I must say the beef fajitas last Friday were the best I have ever had. Comparing to a local Mexican taco restaurant On the Run was better, fresher, tastier. Love this place. 😍😍😍

Okay usually I don't post negative remarks about gas stations but this one had to be posted. It was so nasty in there! As soon as you walked in there were coffee grounds all over the floor big pieces of biscuit crumbs on the floor the bathrooms had no toliet papers there was trash all over the floor in the stalls. I've never been to a gas station at 9:30am where it looked like a bunch of kids came in and destroyed the store. It could have been super busy in there at one point but there's no need in this place being THIS trashy.

I hate to complain I usually give compliments but now I know why I have stopped going here. The first time I was treated rudely by a male employee. Today I went in and was treated rudely by a female worker. They just have very bad customer service. They act like you are bothering them. Th en after I made my purchase she kept my item closer to her and didn't even hand it to me I had to reach around to get what I just paid for. That is the last time I go there.

Love this station! Its always clean and has the best gas prices and so far every person I've met has been very friendly. One time, I went to purchase an energy drink and it wasn't the coldest but I figured they just stocked up. well, the lady at the register (wish I remembered her name) recognized that my drink wasn't cold and without saying anything she went and swapped it for a colder one. If that's not service I don't know what is!
