Away from city but peaceful and neat place. Went towards the end of the strawberry season for picking but, we were the only ones.. so had the whole place to ourselves.. very tasty collection and delicious strawberries.. They have June / July for corn picking..

I’m new to the area and I visited Heads for the first time last weekend with my mother in law. Wow…What sweet people…even the little (big) farm kitty was precious! Although we arrived near the end of the day everyone was still helpful, welcoming and gracious. The tomatoes and kettle corn were absolutely delish. The hanging basket I got is so lovely…full and healthy foliage! After tasting their yummy tomatoes, I can’t wait to go back early enough in the day to get some strawberries and try out some of the sauces/canned items.

Great family owned place for fresh produce and much more. Had our food truck out there and the people were great to us. If you haven't been there you must visit them sometime. Will be going back again.

I poorly planned for picking season but made the trip to their market anyways for fresh produce. I had all three kids and one is pre-teen 😬 but they all found something they enjoyed. We left with three new plants- banana peppers, cucumbers, and dew melon. We also picked up some of the mild salsa. The salsa was very tasty and fresh but was unlike salsa we get at the store… was just what the doctor ordered! The staff was unbelievably sweet to my kids and I will be making the trip again in the future for sure.

Very cool family farm operation. Pick-your-own strawberries or purchase them by the quart in the farm store, which looks to be a small, converted barn, and smells like strawberry heaven. We were greeted by three young ladies, a pleasantly plump grey tabby cat, and a few muted quacks, which, after looking about, we discovered to be emanating from a few friendly pekins and chocolate colored ducks, resting in the shade under a picnic table. The girls, presumably younger members of the Head family, were tending to various vegetable/herb seedlings and small flowering plants, which are very reasonably priced, as are all of the items in the little farm store: homemade ice creams, locally canned jams, jellies, sauces, fresh eggs, local meats, hand made wrought iron pieces, and, in season, fresh picked tomatoes, sweet corn, pumpkins and more, plus strawberries, of course. A great place to take your kids for an authentic family farm experience.

I have bought produce from Head's Farm at the local farmers market and decided to stop by their farm. I was surprised at the amount of produce they had available. They also had ice cream. Of course we had to give it a try. All I can say is I can't wait for the next trip to Head's Farm.

We shop pretty regularly at Head's farm. The produce is always fresh and delicious. The family are very nice people and offer excellent goods at a fair price. We highly recommend Head's Farm.
