Visited two different times while passing though town and RV needed some parts. Nicest people in an auto parts store I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommended. Great service. Manager (don’t know his name) was very accommodating when the computer system acted up and Deloris knocked it out of park in making me and my family feel welcome in Tennessee. Got great tips for where to visit and eat, too! Much appreciated.

Customer service folks were on spot, worked with me with my return parts and told me about Great discounts available. I had some brake rotors that I had lost receipts too , but they were in good serviceable condition , I was able to exchange them for the proper parts. I recommend these folks!

I've always had pretty good service there for the past couple of times that I've been in in the evenings there's this lady that is there and she acts like you're an inconvenience for walking in the door and if it's not right there on the Shelf then she don't want to look for anything. The first time I thought maybe she was just having a rough day but the second time same thing. If something doesn't change soon then my small business will be finding another auto parts store.
