I stopped by on my way home from work. The door was locked so I waited, I assumed the employee was working alone and needed a bathroom break, well when they came out and unlocked the door with attitude they said they didn't expect people to stand and wait. I had only just walked up and realized it was locked. Didn't wait but maybe a minute. So I said oh you're fine I don't mind waiting. I was told by said employee that there was another mapco down the street opposite of the way I was headed. I told the employee very nicely that I was going the other way . They rolled their eyes and proceeded to be rude through my gas transaction. There was no need for such a rude comment. If you don't want to deal with customers don't work in customer service.

Don’t get gas here. Sold me bad gas and told me it’s not their fault. If it was bigger deal I’d have to get lawyers involved to get them to take responsibility. Their gas is terrible and will mess with your engine. Just go down the street to the circle K or any other gas station. The Mapco way is to have the most expensive gas with the worst quality.

The cleanest gas station on 58. The pumps are little old and weathered but always available. Coffee is always fresh and they have a wide range of snacks. The best staff around. Friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Easy to use reward system and you will leave with a smile.

Hands down the best mapco in highway 58. Store is always clean and organized. The staff are friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. It differently has a home town feel and one ends up leaving feeling like they are leaving their favorite hang out. Love this place

This gas station is way better than the ones on the road because they're clean, fast, and have what I like instocks. People are friendly and helpful. They are informative when I have questions.

Stopped at the Mapco at Hwy58 & Hickory Valley Rd.,... very crowded, but two pumps seemed to be open. But., true to this station's dismal service record, both were out of commission. So, we drove down Hwy58 to the next station, unfortunately another Mapco, pumped the gas in spite of not being able to actually read the pump display which has baked in the sun for several years of no maintenance. The receipt, of course, would not print. Going inside, there's one clerk that mumbles and has a terrible attitude and disregard for customers. Mapco should be deeply ashamed of both of these stations! One star is way too many. I spoke with Mapco's District Manager about 2 years ago about the pathetic station at Hwy58 & Hickory Valley. He assured me that Mapco would address all concerns,... decrepit pumps, burnt displays, filthy drive, no windshield solution, and employees who really don't give a hoot. Nothing, absolutely nothing was corrected.

I went to ask for change for the air pump and he was conveniently out of quarters. Wow!! Will not go back. Rude and poor customer service.

I purposefully left a competitor's store to join the Mapco crew in the morning for coffee. Jeffrey is the best ever. He ALWAYS has a smile on his face and welcomes you to the store like you are family. He is so polite and courteous. No place better than here for coffee and a feeling of comradeship during the turbulent times in which we live.

This was my morning stop for a cup of Joe but the past several times I've been in they are out of everything and the coffee that was in the container was cold so now I won't even stop for gas! There much better in the hwy 58 area but I came here out of convenience, not any more! Management needs to check into this matter because as far as I'm concerned a gas station with no coffee in the morning isn't worth going to!!!!!

I recently had a terrible experience with this Mapco. I have been a manager in retail for 6 years, and I could not believe what happened to me. I was shocked and I have seen a lot of crazy scenarios working with the public. My place of work is right beside this Mapco, so it was very convenient for me to stop in in the morning to buy coffee. One particular time I stopped and bought a large coffee; the young lady running the register charged me an extra dollar for creamer. So my $2 coffee turned into a $3 coffee! I needed to get to work so I payed and went to work. I just assumed it may be something new they are doing. Later that day I asked my fiance if he gets charged for creamer too, because he goes to the mapco on east Brained rd. He got upset and told they are not suppose to charge for creamer. So the following week I went back to mapco, and it was the same girl running the register. I payed attention to see if she charged me and she did! I asked "why are you charging me for creamer?" She said, "We are suppose too." I asked if I could talk to her manager. The manger came out and I asked him what I asked her. He told me they only charge for creamer if it's outside the coffee cup. I looked down at my coffee cup and said "do you see any outside me coffee cup?" Thr cashier said the creamer is in your hoodie pocket! I said "really", and stuck my whole arm through my pocket and told her to come around and stick her arm in my pocket. She then proceeded to say, "well you took some last week." The only thing the manger could say is "our inventory is off and we charge for creamer outside your coffee cup." He told her to take the dollar off and then he disappeared to the back office. I told them I would not be back ever! I will not spend my hard earned money there. I also told them I would be contacting their district manger, which I did. He was very nice and was shocked to hear my story. I have a lot of patience due to working in retail and I am usually on the other side with rude customers, but this time I was the victim. It was horrible to be accused of stealing. It was definitely not how I wanted to start my long work day.
