They took 30 minutes to provide the test, and never actually returned my results and then tried blaming Lab Corp. don’t waste your time with them. Go to Lab Corp directly down the road. If I could give 0 stars I would. I called back today to try and figure out how to get my sons results back since the email never game thru and was told that I need to talk to lab corp directly and it wasn’t their problem because it’s out of their system.

Unique (bad) experience. I had called earlier in the week to set up an appointment for this Sunday for a test for a trip. I was told that they were open this Sunday but I would have to set up the appointment online. Less than 24 hours before the appointment, the store calls and says they will be closed for my appointment. I immediately call back and they say sorry but we are closed. I explained that I had to have my appointment tomorrow and calling less than 24 hours before wasn't acceptable. They said they thought their was an opening at a different location. I asked if they would remain on the phone while i tried to get an appointment at a different location but they said "sorry but I am going to lunch". I asked for the store manager, but they said that their isn't a manager there, i then asked for the district managers number. I eventually talked to someone who said they would call me back with the district manager. 2 hours later I called back, same people and they refused to provide the district managers number. I eventually located it online but was closed but provided their customer service center. This store has a lack of leadership and terrible staff.

Customer Service is non existent with the pharmacy staff. It’s a terrible feeling to be treated like you are a burden. Give a little effort and at least pretend you care. You are in the business of helping people. If you don’t enjoy it, do something else.

Staff is friendly but I absolutely dread when it’s time to pick up prescriptions. I don’t think I’ve ever waited for less than a half hour in the drive through line or in person.

A few times messing up my photo orders, I completely understand. These things happen, but when it becomes an issue with every single project (delivery, printing, etc.) it is time to move on to another company for these services. No customer service, no phone calls telling us that they order has been delayed, just lies and excuses.

I just want to say that Cora is the only reason I go to this location. She makes me feel so welcomed and makes my Walgreens trips more enjoyable. Also, she is so helpful with my rewards and always reminds me to key my number in to receive points. I really enjoy talking with her and she truly exemplifies an outstanding, well educated customer service person! Can’t wait to see her again! The Walgreens location itself is pretty decent too. But Cora is the best!!!!

I have all my prescriptions filled at this particular walgreens. The team members are all friendly, but the pharmacists are really outstanding. Amy and Evan always have my scripts filled and ready to pick up and keep me posted on refills that are due. Evan noticed I had a new medication added and actually called me to see how it was working. He was so knowledgeable and put my mind at ease about how it was affecting me. You don't come across a caring pharmacist such as Evan very often. I never have!i can't speak highly enough of him. Great pharmacy!👍

UPDATE: Their entire phone system was down, causing this whole issue. I had to drive to the Walgreens location and retrieve my prescription, then drop it off at another Walgreens, then pick it up. My prescription was called in hours ago. It is not showing up in my app as in process STILL. So I called the store to ask them when it would be finished so I can pick it up when I pick up my daughter after work. I have now been off work, but sitting at my desk on hold for 50 minutes with no answer. I can't hang up, or I'll lose my place in line. And this is for a prescription called in over 4 hours ago that I desperately need and need to pick up on my way to get my daughter....which I am now late for. So I called on another phone to see if there was an issue. Nope, apparently they just do not answer the phone at this store. I'm on "HOLD" on 2 phones for 45 and 15 minutes respectively. Still no answer.
