The manager their is very rude, she was being mean to my neighbor over the phone! Good thing my neighbor recorded the conversation. Worst place to rent from because of attitudes! No good customer experience and the drop off/pick up crew same attitude ! would not recommend

I don’t even give them one star but had to in order to make this post... how do I began..? First... I had trouble at first making my payments so every now and then I’d come home to a lovely Lil door hanger on my door reminding of my payment (that happened SEVERAL times) but then I got a better job and had my payments scheduled in line with my paydays so it was insured to be paid... well I don’t check my bank statements because I know what’s due when and how much I have after bills on a bi- weekly schedule... I leave enough money for bills on my account and withdraw the rest to ensure I don’t cut into bill money... so anyways I had a letter mailed to me from their lawyer about my account... that letter got mixed in with my neighbors mail and they didn’t bring it to me until 9/14/20... mail is post marked 9/3/20... my sister (who is a reference on my application get a call that they are having me arrested for theft... now mins you I’ve had no cute lil dood hangers left on my door and none of my references have heard from them... BUT THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE... so they say?!? They claim my house was empty and no one lived there... ALSO claimed that the card I used to clear all this up was expired and that was the reason my auto pay was canceled! so I’m letting them have their products back.... just so you know they will pick up their stuff from the house they claim was empty and that I no longer live in... I’ll be taking ALL MY BUSINESS ESLE WHERE AND ILL BE SPREADING THE WORD!! They are A JOKE
