We were passing through on vacation and hit something on the interstate that caused something under our car to hang down and scrape the ground. We called them and they said they could help us immediately. They cut the piece off for us for no charge. They were so polite and got us out of there fast we are so grateful for their help!

I had to wait 7 hrs for my insurance to tow my car 8 miles to this shop. Everyone here was kind and hospitibal while I waited. Once my car got there they took it back next and I was out in 20mins. The lady at the desk was one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with in customer service. I had a great experience while here despite my insurance's effort to ruin my day. Brought car to be looked over (not an extreme look over just wanted a general look over of wheel bearings/ shocks tie rod ends etc) end up getting a call saying everything together is gonna be $2700 to fix and after narrowing all of that down to what they had already done without contacting us first then stuck us with a $550 bill once we got to the shop we explained the problems and they dropped it down to $339 still money wasted as the $339 ac service they preformed still doesn't provide cool air would recommend looking elsewhere for a shop have been to many and have always been contacted before any work preformed Services: Auto maintenance, Air conditioning

Had them do both an alignment and an oil change two different days. They are super nice folks and always try their best to work you in even if busy. Nice hometown kinda place and definitely recommend.

Excellent work! Really knowledgeable and friendly! The first time I took my Explorer here my engine was smoking, didn't really have any idea what was causing it. They got to it quickly and had the problem figured out very fast. They did amazing work and didn't charge me anything crazy! Now I go to them for everything. Great mechanic and great staff!

Highly HIGHLY recommend. I have never used Todd's before as I get nervous going outside of my usual mechanic but I had no choice and now I'm ONLY going to Todd's! This place is great. Dropped my car off on Sunday and was ready the next day. Thank you Todd and Dee Dee!!!!

We love Todd’s Service Center! My fiancé and I brought both our hybrid Ford SUV and our Acura MDX to Todd’s Service Center. In both instances they promptly diagnosed the issue and fixed it affordably. I really appreciated their attention to detail and great customer service. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Todd and his crew are great! I broke down after hours and had my truck towed to their shop. Being 3 hours from home, I had to stay in a hotel. They not only had my truck repaired by noon the next day, Todd came to my hotel to pick me up. Everyone was so nice to me during a difficult time.
