I was really nervous about taking my dog to a vet at all cause she don't like people but the ladies here were very patient with both of us and did everything they could to make me and my little princess comfortable! They are amazing!

The staff are always so caring with my pets, and they take the time to explain everything when I have any questions. Added bonus that their prices are competitive and I never feel like they take advantage by overcharging or recommending upcharges that we don't need. My dog is always excited and happy to see the vet staff here!

The staff and vets are fantastic! They're always happy to see us. The Doctors are great to work with and seem very knowledgeable. Very satisfied with every trip we make there.

We recently moved to Tennessee and my baby goat got sick over night. Called the clinic right when they opened and they seen him within and hour and a half. Everyone there was so nice and did not rush us. Explained everything they needed to do and explain how much each item would cost. Thanks to their great service my baby boy is home recovering and happy as ever! We will go back here everytime now!

Our dog was hit was a trailer and we took her to the New Hope clinic without having any idea if she was okay or not. They took her to the back room immediately and examined her, gave her an X-ray, and dispensed some pain medicine. We heard a dog whining very loudly in the back and thought it was our dog, so I started crying in the lobby. The vet came out to reassure us that it was just a dramatic dog getting their nails clipped, and I appreciate that she came out to check on us. Our dog ended up being okay, and we're grateful that they kept her for the rest of the day to make sure she wasn't acting strangely or exhibiting too much pain. It was a reasonably priced bill considering it was an emergency visit.

I really like this clinic and they have always treated my animals great. The only improvement could be the first desk they are not very friendly. Update* staff was awesome all the way around today!

Dr. Tati and her assistant were amazing. We have a beautiful Boerboel, Cleopatra, who has recently had a litter of 9 puppies. She is such a good mom, always wanting to be with her puppies, but these big puppies, even after eating their fill on puppy food, will still want to get some of mommies good good milk. Dr. Tati examined her and really listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend New Hope Veterinary Clinic.

Every. Single. Person. There. Is. Amazing! Everyone I dealt with from phone scheduling, check-in when I arrived, consultation(my favorite person), and the veterinarian were the sweetest to myself and my puppy Maggie! I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else and you shouldn't either. 😁 keep up the good work ladies.

Took our puppy there and they gave us prescribed medicine and it didn't help had appointment for Saturday because puppy wasn't getting better and nobody was there and no calls saying that they were not going to be there. So ended up going to vet in Springfield. They new exactly what was going on with our puppy one dose of medicine and our baby was feeling better. What New Hope said was not even close will not be back there other than to get all our dogs records.

We've always brought our fur babies here. They can be a wee bit pricey but the staff is Always friendly & understanding. Veterinarians are thorough & really listen to what you have to say. I've had an absolute positive experience thus far. I recommend anyone else looking for a happy place for their fur babies to get checked out!!🐶👍
