I was treated with so much respect during my visit. Sadly I went there to have my 13yr old kitty put to sleep. They made a very bad appt tolerable, so kind and patient with me. Will definitely go back.

We left our 3 dogs for 10 days for boarding. For the most part they did good but when we got the dogs home they were thirsting to death. They went thru 3 big bowl fulls of water. They are not small dogs 80 lbs, 79 lbs and 150 lbs. I wouldn't leave them with them again.

This is the best place to take your fur baby, Dr Russell is the most companionable Vet, as is Dr Biehl, they always make you feel like your the only patient at the moment, very knowledgeable. The rest of the staff is also very helpful and friendly 🙂 love them all.

I drive from Farragut to see Dr. Harbin at Volunteer Veterinary. We currently have 3 dogs and 2 cats. We've had as many as 5 dogs at once. We inevitably have a few medically challenging fur kids. I trust her explicitly. And I'm extremely particular in choosing a veterinarian.

This is by far the BEST Vet that I have ever experienced. Dr.Russell is the sweetest, straight forward and most compassionate Dr I have encountered. We did end up needing to make the hard decision to put our baby down and the entire staff was the greatest and sent a sympathy card which meant a LOT. I can not say enough kind things about them. Thank you all from our hearts.

We have been taking our dog Scooter to this vet for several years and have loved every visit with them. They are very affordable and caring and always go out of their way to make time for us when we need something. The front desk staff always loves on Scooter when we come in, and they always remember us. We are moving to a new area and we are having a tough time finding a vet that comes close to the care we've received from Volunteer Vet. We're going to miss you guys so much!!

I have taken my baby here for 3 years & have always been happy with the love & care they provide for my girl. All the doctors & techs are wonderful. Also very reasonable prices for services received. I’m happy I found a great office where my girl (& i)are comfortable & happy, makes all the difference in the world. ❤️

I've been coming here with my animals since it was Alamo (+-20 years ago). Dr Bihl and his staff have always been accommodating, compassionate and professional with our pets. We couldn't ask for a better veterinary service and have recommended them many times over the years.
