I brought my cat here with UTI, these people are great, very caring and compassionate. Glad they're open 24/7, I needed them late on a Saturday, they got me right in. They communicate with you, you're not left sitting there worrying what's happening. It's a bit expensive but I didn't care. If I needed them, I'd do it again.

We lost our cat of 19 years. It broke me way more than I was expecting. They treated me and our cat so amazingly. They didn't hound me over money. They were very caring, more than any vet I've ever seen. My cat impacted my life more than your average pet and I believe they could sense that. Thank you...

The animal er at UT campus has worked tirelessly through the pandemic to take care of our pets. My dog had a seizure in the middle of the night and they carried him in on a stretcher and a tech sat with me a moment to let me know it was going to be okay and they would do everything they could. They handled the transfer of care back to my vets office once he was stable. They give him a treat and belly rub every time he comes in for a neurologist appointment.

We brought our lhasa apso to UT after seeing two vets in Nashville whose diagnoses we were not comfortable with. Not only has UT been incredibly thorough with determining the underlying causes of our dog's condition, but they exuded the qualities you would expect from trusted professionals. The level of compassion, communication, and personal connection with the entire staff has been unmatched by any of the other vets we've come into contact with. I wish we lived closer but, its worth the 3 hour drive. I must also mention the cost was about 1/3 of what we were being charged for similar services in Nashville!

A friendly, caring and professional staff. From the Vet students, staff and Doctors; a first class operation all around. My husband and I would like to thank the University of Tennessee Vet School Team; Dr. Martin, Dr. Mallard and 4th year Vet Student Ellery from Oncology and Dr. Adair and 4th year Vet Student Josey from the Surgery Service for taking care of our boy Bosch (4 yr old Black Labrador). Once pathology had confirmed that he had epitheliotropic lymphoma they we able to get him into the office within 3 business days and do surgery the next day. We got the call today that all margins were clear and all affected tissue and bone had been removed. Oncology said he was cancer free and just monitor him closely with his local Vet.

This is the second time the vets at UT have saved one of my dogs. This time, they treated my dachshund with a slipped disc, and performed spinal surgery to correct it. They were so compassionate, caring, and genuine with us, and they cared SO much for our girl. Dr. Mack, Daniel, Dr. Ramirez, and all of Emma's care team are truly amazing and we are so so grateful for them.

Incredibly courteous, very professional staff. I had to have my dog put down there and I was expecting judgement because she was in bad shape. They where understanding of my situation and where very kind throughout the experience. It was a really rough time for me but they did everything in their power to help me through it and end my dogs pain. I cant thank them enough for that.

My cat Friendly had a difficult pregnancy and needed emergency surgery. The staff kept me up to date on Friendly's surgery and found volunteers to feed her kittens while she was recovering. The staff is incredibly warm and knows how much our animal companions mean to us.

Wonderful office and staff!! I had to bring my new cat in this past Saturday evening for a hurt leg. The vet tech and vet that examined my cat were beyond caring and attentive! They helped calm any worries that I had as well as made sure my cat was in no discomfort. They also helped me making a payment arrangement so i didn’t have to pay the whole bill that day, which was beyond appreciated. If you are having a pet emergency these are the people to see!

The most competent, compassionate care I could have asked for. My kitty spent 3 nights there in the ICU and they were great with him. I want to thank everyone involved with his care from the very bottom of my heart! Keep up the excellent work!
