The new store manager was 100% helpful. He installed my battery that was very complicated, in my wheel well, even though it was close to time for the store to close. I am super appreciative, because of him I was able to make it to a very important event.

The boy that helped me today was probably the most incompetent employee I’ve ever met. He completely gave me the wrong part on a warranty and then gave my boyfriend the wrong bulbs for his truck. Thank you to the manager but either educate the employees or stop hiring incompetent ones. Gas prices are too high to be driving 30+ min for a part twice. Do better.

Called for a price for a belt. They had the best deal. Not saying that they do for every part but half the time, they do. Not real good for calling as it takes time to get answered and when they do you might be put on hold forever. But in person, they are great

Everytime I go to this store I get the wrong part. Not very helpful, they just want to get you out of there. Each time I go in with second hand knowledge and then am told I am wrong. Which is fine, please correct me. But with maybe the proper information? Constantly shaking my faith in myself and my knowledge, consistently returning products to the store for the parts I asked for in the first place... If I could roll my eyes any harder, I'd have an aneurysm. I gave two stars because the check out process is okay, I can go in and get small things like fluids and bulbs and filters and such without incident.

I personally love Auto Zone. The have better parts, better selection between the parts. They have plenty of speciality tools and custom car/truck parts. Friendly and Helpful Staff is always a good extra. Get in the zone,..Auto Zone! 😆
