This is the absolute worst post office I’ve ever been too. The older lady up front is just straight up rude to everyone that walks in there. I have personally decided to use the one in jacksboro from now on so I don’t cuss this lady out she needs to be terminated period!

My package never arrived February 11 2021the day or time it said and the mailman never even ran...went by his house and he was at home standing outside his mail truck waiting on 5:30pm to come around.

I have no idea why my packages make it to the Lafollette post office then shipped to another facility to be shipped back to Lafollette before making to my home?? If the package makes it to my post office shouldn't I get it next?

The lady at the front was extremely rude to us. She was also very rude, and hateful to the younger lady working with her. There is absolutely no reason to be that rude to anyone. I still can’t believe how hateful she was. Awful customer service. The younger lady with red hair was very nice and helpful. But the older lady with blonde hair was absolutely awful. We were early for our appointment, and we were polite even though she treated us terribly.

Constantly having issues with mail and packages being delivered to the wrong address. They have been good for working with me to get mail returned to where it belongs, but still a reoccurring issue.

Would not leave the package.She left it with a neighbor.Never tried to deliver it to me. I believe it to be personal.I am. home all day and 2 trucks in the driveway.

Hard to get parcel, if driver actully stops he honks horn one time, got about 15 seconds to get out there or he's gone.
