Super good! VIsiting Memphis from Houston on my way to Chicago. Saw this place on Google maps when looking for a spot to grab lunch with my friend between hitting museums. Such a great choice! I had the pork carnitas omelette with egg whites. She had the buffalo chicken macro bowl. We also shared on of their power waffles. All of it just amazing! Place was clean. Staff was friendly. Prices reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

If I lived in Memphis this would be my go to breakfast/brunch spot. I was so greedy I ordered two meals and ate all of it. The portions here are large, but the food was great. Loved that everything was gluten free.

Stopped in here this morning for a good breakfast but this breakfast was AWESOME!!! The atmosphere of this gem in downtown Memphis is super clutch!!!! I didn’t get any photos of inside but it’s soo cute and rustic!!! Super clean and cozy. Here pictured is the Wake and Bake Waffle with egg, cheese and bacon. I got a chance to hear the back store on the how the waffle was created!! So if you ordered this waffle during the pandemic you are a genius!!! The second picture is the Make it Your Way Omelette with Cheese, Sweet Peppers, Spinach, Chorizo, Brisket, Sausage and Bacon!! We both apple juice to drink.

This is such a cute place. The atmosphere here is very laid back & comfortable. The music playing was perfect to sing a long with. The food is delicious with portion sizes being spot on with price point. I will definitely visit again. I went with a party of four we were able to get in easily & find something for everybody. We all got different dishes each one was delicious & the perfect temperature. You place your order at the front counter when you walk in & they call your name as soon as your order is up. There is a cool mug collection & ice water from the dispenser is free.

Best gluten free restaurant I've ever been to! You cant even tell the good is gluten free. I had the smokehouse waffle with a side of gravy and it had a surprising kick to it. I don't usually like spicy food, but this was delicious. After eating the sausage, brisket and pulled pork, I dipped the waffle in the gravy, so good! I'm coming back next time I'm in town.

Absolutely wonderful. Whole place is DEDICATED GLUTEN FREE plus they offer vegan, vegetarian, keto and macro options. Food is top notch delicious! I have celiac so this was a dream come true for me. My gluten eating boyfriend also enjoyed his meal. Can't wait to come back.

Such a great atmosphere. Loved the food. I got the banana waffle with the homemade marshmallow cream (texture was so good I didn't even realize it was gluten free!!). My friend got the brisket bowl which was also delicious. So glad we got snowed into Memphis last night so we could discover Bedrock in the morning!

Definitely recommend! The only restaurant I've ever eaten where EVERYTHING on the menu is gluten free! I will definitely be back if I'm in Memphis again!

3rd visit!! Friendly atmosphere!! I had the popular Chicken & Waffles with a side of eggs. I did not like this particular dish. The shredded chicken breast that sits on top of the waffle is drowned/soaked in their specialty maple syrup which means the the waffle is soaked. Some pieces of the chicken were hard. They describe it on the menu as a breaded chicken breast on top of the waffle. But it's shredded chicken. The waffle taste like they use donut batter. It's not bad just super sweet.

Food was delicious. Had the pulled pork omelette with enchilada sauce and a coffee. Service was no problem. Only minor cost / value 15 + tax + tip for a smaller omelette and coffee was a little high. Not sure who you are tipping the cook maybe as you have to do the work to place your order and pick up your own food
