I bought a Subaru Wilderness back on May 14,2022. My sales consultant was Jonathan Garcia. He helped me build my vehicle over the phone and answered every question I had. He kept me updated on the build process. I arrived at the dealership that morning and he took care of a special request we had with the vehicle. Our finance manager was Jessica and she was great. My wife bought a Subaru at another dealership years ago and Jessica was our finance manager their . I highly recommend both Jonathan and Jessica. I'm sure the rest of staff is great as well but these are the only folks we delt with. I'm Flow Subaru all they way. I contacted other dealerships in the buying process and none were as good as Flow. Sorry for late review.

It was so much easier to deal with this dealership in terms of scheduling service. I didn’t have to wait 3 weeks to get an appt, and the wait while the car was being serviced was shorter. They are 10 minutes farther away, but it meant fewer trips for both husband and I as I was able to wait for the car to be serviced, rather than drop it off. Well worth the extra miles. Saved time and gas in the long run!

I went to several car dealerships in the area during my car buying experience and none treated me better than Flow Subaru of Burlington. The salesperson assisting me, Dray Daiber, was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and never pushy. Dray went out of his way to make me comfortable with my purchase and even assisted in arranging a ride for me to the dealership to pick up my new outback. I was super pleased with my experience at Flow Subaru and would recommend them to anyone.

Some may say that driving 40 miles to purchase a car is wild when you have other Subaru dealerships closer to you, but I cannot recommend Flow Subaru of Burlington more! They were amazing from the first phone interaction that I had with them. Our sales representative, Jason, was so attentive, knowledgeable, and honestly wanted to help us get the best deal and get in to the car that we really wanted. We ended up securing a car that was in transit and it even arrived a week earlier than it was scheduled to arrive. Flow's process was quick, easy, and painless. This was the easiest car buying experience that we have ever had and I recommend them 100%! Jason is an amazing sales representative and knows literally everything about your new Subaru. I love this place! Been taking my wife's Subaru Forester for service since we moved down to the area. They communicate clearly, they are open and honest about how much things will cost, and they will never do anything without explaining the importance of the work and whether it is absolutely necessary. They provided outstanding service to the point that it was a contributing factor to me trading in my old car for a Subaru Outback. We will be apart of the Subaru family for life now!

I was car shopping for about a month before going to Flow to test drive an Outback. They were one of the few dealerships I visited that were truly helpful and the ONLY one offering vehicles at MSRP with no mark-up. Jonathan was responsive without being pushy and found me the exact vehicle I wanted. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Flow is a dealership that does it right. They hired the right people, priced their vehicles right, and offer service that should be a model for the industry. If/when we need a new vehicle, they will be our first stop.

This review is mostly about the sales associate we worked with. Adam did an amazing job finding us a vehicle that fit both our budget and usage requirements on very short notice. We did have a little issue with the battery when we took it home. It needed to be changed out. When we called about it He drove out half an hour away to get us jump started and had their shop swap it out with a brand new one for free even after we had already bought the car. Thats amazing customer service and if my wife and I need another vehicle in the future I'd like to work with him again if possible.
