I’ve only used the ATMs here but they’ve always worked perfectly for me. It’s in a convenient location and there are a lot of ATMs available which is nice. The lines move quickly so I’m usually done within a few minutes, even when it’s busy.

This is the worst Bank of America i have been to!! For some reason they have separate lines for "regular" clients and business clients!! Like we all aren't doing the same thing and depositing money!! Why do business clients get to skip the line and not wait like everyone else!!

Worse bank I have been too by far. Their always talking with each other, ignoring the fact that theirs customers waiting. Most workers don't help the only teller working for that day when is busy and continue talking with each other. The wait always takes fovever even with an appointment!!! And mostly only two out of 5 workers are actually helping customers. No one ever is in the front GREEETING NOR PROVIDING CUSTOMERS HELP. The worse customer services a bank can have!! I would give them zero stars!! THIS LOCATION OF BANK OF AMERICA IS A JOKE!! SERIOUSLY THE WORSE LOCATION I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. ALWAYS HAVE TO SPEND AN HOUR - WASTING MY TIME FOR THEM TO HELP ME!!$ EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME. I WILL DEFINITELY AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COST!!!!

WORST BRANCH IN ALL OF BANK OF AMERICA. There is always some-one arguing with employees over wrong doing to their personal or financial business/information, with this branch. Disgraceful and Disgusting. There are only 2 employees, I would give 5 stars....everyone else, need to be FIRED. I waited 25 minutes to do something that takes 2 minutes. Always something, NEGATIVE, happening at this branch, almost, always, is people arguing about their missing funds.They need to SHUT DOWN THIS BRANCH and people should go down the streets and do business with the other banks.

I called twice to schedule an appointment and it gives me directions to the website to do so. There is NOWHERE to schedule. Very aggravating. I like this bank very much however I am going to have to switch to another bank that is more convenient for me. I live in Addison and there’s I don’t know how many banks on Lake St over here and I have to travel all the way to Franklin Park or Bloomingdale to make a deposit. They closed the one on Irving near 53

Stopped at the ATM today to get cash real quick. My account got charged and the atm did not give me my money. Instead it showed a brief 3 second message stating that my money was "retracted" and that I have to call the bank to fix this. So now I have to wait until Tuesday to get my $100 back. I have a feeling it's going to be a hassle to get my money back. I do not recommend using their ATMs at all.

Rushed in at the end of the day thinking no one would be able to help me out. Within 2 minutes Vanessa Soto asked me to come into her office to assist me. She was polite, courteous and took care of my problem right away. For my banking needs I can count on Vanessa. Thank you for helping me out and making me feel super comfortable, you are truly a great person.

Place is a ripoff. They changed my monthly bank fees from $9 to $25 with no notice. When I came in to close out the dormant accts,they charged me $50 to do so. After snaking my last $200 I had in there for their pickpocketing. I signed up for paperless statements to elminate the $9/mo and was not using the accounts for months, so no need to download them. But their fee had gone up over a year prior (again, with NO notification). Will NEVER do any kind of business with this place again.

By far this is the most slapy place in the world. So every singe time in my very rare visits, there is at least 2-3 girls at the front door doing nothing, and only one teller handling the 15-20 upset customers. Very, very poor managment. I highly regret each visit, since being done with my transaction I need extra large 6 shots of starbucks to calm down from nervious breakdown. I feel this people should go broke and shut down....or at lease karma takes its couse ...because its unacceptable on any level....
