The new UPS driver has repeatedly not attempted to deliver my packages to my apartment complex. The front door to the complex is locked and there are buzzers for every apartment that will allow the tenants to unlock the doors from inside their apartment. The new driver never rings the doorbell to let me know he has arrived and just puts a sticker on the door saying "delivery attempt failed because you weren't home." Well, I was home because I use the UPS My Choice account to monitor when packages are scheduled for delivery and I make sure I am home. When I called the UPS customer service number and explained this, they understood my dilemma and said they would send the driver back that same day and have the UPS Customer Center in Franklin, IL call me to arrange a time. When the person called me, he said "the driver cannot come back today." I told him the national customer service center said he would, so he needs to come back today and that the new driver never makes a real attempt to deliver the packages at this apartment complex, he never rings the door bell to buzz the door open for him to leave the packages inside like the previous driver always did. He then questioned me for the dates that this driver never delivered the packages and I yelled at him "you're questioning me, you need to be questioning your driver. This is ridiculous!" He then threatened to not have my package delivered at all if I didn't stop yelling at him to have the driver come back today. I told him if he isn't going to allow the driver to come back today like the national UPS customer service center said he would, then I want to pick up my packages today at no cost because I will be out of town on Monday when he is scheduled to return. And he agreed, but when they called to tell me when to pick up my package they never provided an address. The people there either don't have sufficient training or do not want to their jobs. I will NEVER use UPS again. I worked in retail PT for years and we were always told the customer is always right and to apologize. These people never apologized and they didn't try to help me get my three packages delivered to me. Horrible customer service. ~Jessica
