The guy not sure if he the manager or not, but he immediately said that there was nothing he he do. I remember him from the time when I first got the att service and it was the same thing. He does not have good customer service skills at all. He said I can't help you and left the lobby. All of the representatives left the lobby while I was actually still standing in the store trying to contact you all on the phone. Although the issue did not start, nor involve them, going there and the treatment that I received made the whole situation even worse. Totally unsatisfied with everything that I've been through as far as this last purchase goes.😔😫😡🤬I spent countless hours on the phone and made 2 wasted attempts to the store after I was told by the representatives on the phone that what I needed done could be done in the store. Smh

The few young girls in here are very rude and can't be bothered when you go in here. They make it loud and clear. Don't let them touch either, they fly through things sooo fast I lost two years of pictures and they shrug it off and blame for not backing it up.

I had a wonderful experience switching over to at&t at this location. Patty went absolutely out of her way for us to make sure we were happy! We had a big order and she helped us with a smile on her face! If you visit this location ask for Patty and you will be very satisfied with her work ethic and honesty! Definitely happy I came in when I did!

Alessandro and the manager on duty were amazing!!! They were super helpful, patient and explained everything in detail along with all my options!! I had to transfer my number, get my own line, add my son and order new phones!! I highly recommend this location and associates! I will be back soon! Thank you so much!

Hello,I visited the store and was told by someone!sales lady that I couldn't take any picture of the store while I was there to purchase items!I wish she would've said that before I bought the phone!better luck next time!

I went into this store today and was greeted with Happiness and joy. Patty was extremely good, Professional, easy to understand. Believe it or not, customer service was excellent. The store was clean, and hand sanitizers were displayed in several different places. Patty asked me how I was getting along during this pandemic. That was showing That she not only care about herself and family but her customer. If you ever to visit an AT& T office go by and say hello. They even said thank you for coming and have a great afternoon.

I had great service here with the staff, especially Alina. She was very knowledgeable, courteous, personable, and just a pleasure to work with. She’s really what makes the store top notch, works hard and has a lot of pride in her job. I will definitely recommend her and this store to anyone looking for new services.
