We had a reservation but they were closed before 2pm on Saturday. I also called them before to let them know that I’m on my way, the guy told me that he’ll wait on us and after that when we arrived - door were closed. He saw us and don’t opened the door and don’t picked up the phone. Totally not recommended this place.

Had a reservation. Showed up on time. Car was available. They said “we can’t rent you the car”. I’ve traveled most of the world and rented cars for over 20 years. Never have I seen such utter disregard for the customer.

Please get your rental truck/ van/ sprinter from this location!!!! The process is wayyyyy easier and only two forms of identification needed. Prices are easier on the pockets. They do not ask for your mortgage bills, 3 forms of identification and blood donations like enterprise rental. Their vehicles are practically new!!!!

The car was totally broken! Barely got home and they had to come and tow it out of my driveway. Legitimately dangerous vehicle and they just give it out to unsuspecting customers.

Our reservation was fouled up with another rental co.and the booking agent we used. The Budget team resolved our problem quickly and had us on our way after their competitor(H) would not or did not care to resolve the problem..my go to from now on when I need a rental..better rate too!!

Myron and Bimal where extremely helpful. Once I noticed that the car I was given had a strong smoke odor they offered to change it out the following day. They even upgraded me for the inconvenience. Even after I returned the car they called me to inform that I left a book bag in the car. I'm thankful for their care and professionalism. I will definitely return to this rental place in the future.

I honestly can say this year has been fantastic at this location easy process make sure you have a reservation but im a repeat customer very large inventory i love it

Do no use this company. They tried to blame me for over $1300 worth of damage on the rental. When my insurance company spoke to them and the Manager there, Ali, confirmed it was not my fault they still have not done anything about it. Their lawyers are still chasing me for payment. All Ali needs to do is send the letter he promised to my insurance company and it would all go away. If you want to be scammed and taken advantage of use this company. I will never ever support Budget rentals again.
