I dropped off my car at Ziebart for headlight restoration. It turned out it is impossible to restore them because they did not just yellow they had micro breaks that cannot be repaired or polished off. Ziebart employees tried their best but were not able to deliver the result. Instead of charging me for whatever they did they did not charge a cent but they still put protective layer on the headlights so it does not get worse. I am so surprised and even shocked because nowadays you are charged for anything even if it is not fully done. Ziebart was honest and extremely informative. Also they stayed in touch with me during the whole process which was nice and professional. If you want to give your car into good hands - here they are.👍👍👍 07/18/2022 - I got windows tinted on my new car. Also I had spray paint mist on the car. They removed everything. Great people and wonderful service. Car looks wonderful!

I must say the general manager Jim Crubaugh very knowledgeable about the products and things that they do from their store. I had my truck windows tinted for privacy and my cap so nobody could see whats in back and they did a superb job no flaws whatsoever!

The first time in years since I had a new car rust proofed, they had it done in about 6 or 7 hours. It was a lot more expensive since the last time I had a car rust proofed but that was back in the late 70's, yes prices do change but their quality is still the same.

Fantastic job on my tints! (Here’s a before and after). Jim was so easy and great to deal with, and he was very professional! The sale going on now was an unbeatable price for my two windows ($99). I did the 38% to stay legal and it’s just perfect and what I expected. It looks great and was done by the right people! I’ve already referred family to come get theirs done here as well! I will be back in the near future for other services that they offer!!!

I made an appointment to have my SVT Raptor under coated. I called asked details about the service and the various items I needed. I made an appointment 3 weeks out as that was soonest available. Upon going to the appointment I told them DO. NOT spray the AIR HORN system, the guy was touting how well they tape things up. They charged me $974, and charged me TAX on the entire amount. Which is wrong as this is no different than a dealer or a shop and it should be Time + Material and I am taxed on the material, so I paid extra there which is 100% wrong. I realized this morning after picking up the truck yesterday in the dark the entire air system is caked in under coating he in fact sprayed the electric motor and everything on a $700 Klein Airhorn System. When I called today and told him he needs to fix this today, and I need a credit he told me he can’t help and I need to call back tomorrow, considering I bought from a chain store this is the worst service I have ever seen in a automotive setting. What’s more concerning is that nobody ever noticed this issue with the taxation. Be aware and save your time and money and go somewhere else, these guys are awful!
