The best Wendy's we've been to in years! Super nice staff, quick and efficient.. The food was decent actually what it should be.. It's a nice & clean establishment.. Even got a free frosty!

Mannheim road Franklin park, IL location Lady at register was not very friendly (maybe it was the language barrier, since she didn't speak English very well). We got charged more than the price on the menu. We pointed this out and they said oh well the price must have changed.. customer service was less than desirable.

I came here today the service was amazing, Elizabeth "i hope I got her name correct" I was here at 5:25pm and she was at the drive thru. OMG she was super polite, amazing, humble, always had a smile on her face, THANK YOU sooo much Elizabeth!!! I always forget everything and she asked me if I needed other items, of course if it wasn't for her I would of forgotten it!!! Today I was having a bad day and thanks to her it gotten better!!! She is just amazing I cannot describe the great vibe she projected!!!! 🌹♥️🙏😊 Such a great employee!!!!

The food here was horrendous. It tasted horrible! I can't even explain or put into words or even explain just how terrible it was. I just know that I would never recommend this place and that I will, most certainly, not be coming back!

Service was great but I ordered a cheese and bacon potato and took it to work to eat on lunch and as I'm warming it up and begins to cut it I see hair in it 😫yes 3 small pieces of hair.....so it definitely ruined my lunch and I had to find something else to eat in like 15 minutes .... extremely unhappy,I was there at approximately 3:10-3:20 pm drive thru. ......

I have been using the drive-thru at this place more frequently, the service and decently quick and the food is hot. They very rarely forget to items in my order as other places do.

I seen to go to every Wendy's in the city and every time I get a four for four they let me switch my fries for chili the worker did not want to switch it out of laziness I actually speak to the manager and he claims he was the manager with a smile knowing he was lying the ignorance of the workers is very rude

Lazy employees didn’t take my order 30 minutes before closing despite serving the customer literally right before us. They couldn’t spare a couple extra minutes to serve me. This shows they care more about getting home early than satisfying cusomers. Extremely disappoing service.

Very disgusted and not satisfied. I had a hair in my burger, my husband's burger was so greasy the bun was coming apart and our fries were cold. I was able to get a complete refund but with condition of taking my whole order back and having the manager inspect my burger. I guess to make sure there was an actual hair in there? Will not be coming back.
