I get somewhat frequent freight deliveries to my residence, and everyone from Barbra who calls to schedule the deliveries to the varrious drivers have been absolutely wonderful. The drivers have consistently gone way above and beyond to ensure a sucessful delivery and a happy customer. I have nothing but great things to say about the team at the Franklin Park UPS depot.

Got a call at 9:30 am to schedule a delivery. Called at 3:30 pm the same day, and was told the ONLY person that can schedule the delivery works from 6am to 11am, and I needed to call back tomorrow.
