This guy Carlos, is the WORST UPS store owner I have ever encountered compared to my other 10 year mailbox rental history at Atlanta location where all four different owners were pleasant and easy to do business with. Run! Don't do business here at this Burbank store if you have a choice. DON'T EVER rent a mailbox here. He charges 60% more than other stores few miles down the road. He lost my packages, refused to compensate me a dime for the lost. He won't take responsibility for his/his store's mistake. He wants the merchant to pay for his mistake. When I confronted him, he told me that I was not allowed to renew the mailbox and even closed my mailbox without my consent later on. I lost 8 months rental fee that he won't refund. This is how he treats a customer after rented the mailbox at his store for 1 year and 4 months. Several of his staff mostly were nice and had better service skill than him. Too bad they usually won't stay long. I wonder why...

Carlos store Mgr has NO idea what customer service is. No wonder why his store has a rating of 2.6☆ tried to charge me 1.99 for a 1/2 inch piece of tape.that I sealed myself and was livid he couldn't get 1.99 out of me and said I was playing with fire. Wasn't surprised when OakLawn location knew of his poor service to their "NEW" customers. People can have bad days, he is just a bad person. Business is Business, had you asked if I'd like to purchase a plastic bag for 1.99 I surely would have. When you forced the sale upon me, that is when you LOST my business. Hope ups gives you more customer training courses and maybe you'll learn to not be so bitter. Feel sorry you. Had to give1☆ to post (NEGATIVE 5☆) is what you deserve.

October update: The young gentleman Jacob with amazing service was no longer working there, too bad. People have to face the old man again…. The only good thing he can do for his customers is to hire someone more efficient, pleasant, professional with good customer service than him so people don’t have to deal with his sporadic bad attitude. Penny wise pound foolish can describe his style. The owner charges more than other UPS stores and provides less than satisfactory services. Do your own due diligence! ///////////// The owner of the store is slow as snail. If you value your time, don’t do business here. I agree with many other reviews that he has attitude problem and could be snappy and unpleasant at times. His store, his way…. He doesn’t understand what it means to have great customer services no matter who walks in his store.

The owner here is super ignorant and rude. No help at all. Would not print an email because he wanted me to use there computer to send it to the printer so he can charge more. When I send him an email he could print. I left and called and him and pretended to be another customer and he gave me the email to print it. Then I walked in and he refused. It’s not about how much it cost to use the computer. It’s the principle.. and the way he talk to me like I was not important. And because he owned the place and can do what he wants. Definitely would not come back here or refer anyone here. I should have read the reviews about this guy before I went to this location… and I am not the person who only writes bad reviews.. I definitely acknowledge good service just as well

Well I’m definitely very unhappy with Carlos the owner. He never sent notifications of my packages until today. Why only today? Well apparently Mr Carlos doesn’t like that I received my TV there cause it’s inconveniencing him. Then he has his staff harass all of our phones on file stating if u don’t pickup soon I’ll charge you a storage fee. Well Carlos if this is how you treat your customers of over a year with you then guess what? My Business is no longer needed with you. Carlos appreciate your customers a lil more and be patient. If I’m away on vacation then have the courtesy to wait! Not to threaten with fees.

UPS just sucks in general. You can’t email them the label you just paid for and have them print it. You have to pay money to access a computer and print it. FedEx is so much better and streamlined. You are printing a piece of paper for a service I paid for through a multi million (billion?) dollar company. And you have to nickel and dime me to print a label that you print for free if I pay for postage in person at the store. Makes no sense.

Placed a print order online and was not informed that it could not be completed when the store manager was not there. I left a note to cancel it since it would no longer be needed. I received a call later that day confirming I wanted to cancel the order. Some days later, received another call confirming I wanted to cancel. Twelve days later and I receive an email that the order was completed and my credit card was charged! I've emailed 3 time requesting the charge to be reversed, with no response. Stay away from this particular store as it seems to be very poorly managed.

This rating is due to the notary service only. The staff seemed friendly and everything went fine other than the fact that they don’t advertise the cost to notarize one signature. It was $10, so just a heads up as you can get it much cheaper at any bank.

Wish I could give 10 stars, staff always amazing & very patient seeming I had sooooo much to ship being a business owner myself it’s hard to ship plenty without some frustration but not here! These reviews are so far from true & I always say you get what you GIVE! Ppl always want to be respected when it’s not even given that’s life for ya, been shipping here since 2020 experienced nothing but great customer service from every employee even management, love it here!!!!
