The business hours are WRONG. Package drop off closes at 7:00 p.m. but the location is technically open until 8:45 for other business. . The actual shipping hours are not available ANYWHERE expect inside the facility. The Google listing states closing is 8:45 p.m. There is even a photo of the sign on the building with the same hours. You cannot call this facility directly to verify and UPS customer service on the phone is not aware that shipping stops at 7:00 p.m. I have seen customers turned away because they arrived just after 7:00 p.m. They were trying to ship large boxes just before their flight at O'Hare. They had no time to arrange alternate shipping, so they were forced to ship as checked luggage and pay a huge fee to the airline. The poor employee that gave these folks the bad news was kind, apologetic, and clearly frustrated that he had to deal with people that were angry and disappointed because because management failed to correct the publicly posted hours. Otherwise this place is pleasant, helpful and very efficient.

I don't know why delivery is freaking hard for them? We can never get packages from UPS Franklin park! Never! I asked staff and they told me they don't know why the address is NOT available to deliver! That's ridiculous! Also, UPS is the worst shipping company!

They stole my package and marked it as delivered..I received a package from fedex and the post office the same day..while they said they came and never did..I never received any compensation for this worst people to deliver ever.!!!

The new UPS driver has repeatedly not attempted to deliver my packages to my apartment complex. The front door to the complex is locked and there are buzzers for every apartment that will allow the tenants to unlock the doors from inside their apartment. The new driver never rings the doorbell to let me know he has arrived and just puts a sticker on the door saying "delivery attempt failed because you weren't home." Well, I was home because I use the UPS My Choice account to monitor when packages are scheduled for delivery and I make sure I am home. When I called the UPS customer service number and explained this, they understood my dilemma and said they would send the driver back that same day and have the UPS Customer Center in Franklin, IL call me to arrange a time. When the person called me, he said "the driver cannot come back today." I told him the national customer service center said he would, so he needs to come back today and that the new driver never makes a real attempt to deliver the packages at this apartment complex, he never rings the door bell to buzz the door open for him to leave the packages inside like the previous driver always did. He then questioned me for the dates that this driver never delivered the packages and I yelled at him "you're questioning me, you need to be questioning your driver. This is ridiculous!" He then threatened to not have my package delivered at all if I didn't stop yelling at him to have the driver come back today. I told him if he isn't going to allow the driver to come back today like the national UPS customer service center said he would, then I want to pick up my packages today at no cost because I will be out of town on Monday when he is scheduled to return. And he agreed, but when they called to tell me when to pick up my package they never provided an address. The people there either don't have sufficient training or do not want to their jobs. I will NEVER use UPS again. I worked in retail PT for years and we were always told the customer is always right and to apologize. These people never apologized and they didn't try to help me get my three packages delivered to me. Horrible customer service.

They are incompetent in their delivery services. I have had many problems with them "Attempting Deliveries", while I have been home, waiting for the package. The delivery driver marks things as "Attempted Delivery", constantly, but they do not leave any notes or receipts to prove it. Also, I work at home and am able to say that their claim to have "Attempted a Delivery", is completely false!

Just terrible experience! You call the customer service and they say it's fine to bring a letter of authorization. You walk into the UPS, they dont take letter of authorization.

This UPS is horrible! I first ordered my package it was going fast until it got to this place it seemed like forever to be delivered. And of course while being delivered some how it got damaged in transit. So my order was sent back and I had to re-order it again. Now this is week three going on 4 I’m waiting on my package once again and guess what the don’t have enough staff to help with my order due to the weight so the have to deliver it tomorrow. I’m just so sick of this UPS I’ve never experience this in my life. I wish I can give zero stars.

UPS customer service told me my package (which was supposed to be delivered by this facility on a specific date, but they never even bothered to load it on to the truck the day of delivery) was being held here and I could pick it up. I get to this place and they could not find it, after nearly an hour. I opened a claim with UPS corporate and what do you know, they find the package the next day. How convenient.

Horrendous facility that either lost my package or stole it. My boyfriend purchased a soccer jersey from overseas that was allegedly delivered, but it was not. The package required a signature and he never signed for it due to it never being delivered. It is sad when you purchase something for $100 and the UPS facility just tells you oh well we can’t help you. I will never use UPS as a service again. Big company that you trust , but breaks that trust. The solution is not feasible. Why should I have to contact a company via social media to provide a solution. That said social media you must sign up for in order to post or message anything. I guess I’m out $100 due to this locations unwillingness to help. Called the location about four times and went there twice, but all the people on said was it shows that it was delivered. Even though a signature was required which if the signature on the license was shown that could clearly disprove that the person that was supposed to sign did not sign. The cherry on top was that the ups location said we can’t do anything contact the company that sold the item. Bad news that company is overseas and won’t do anything about it, they told us that we would have to talk to the delivery service. After two months of trying to find a solution with this ups location, I am out a present and $100. I would suggest they hire more people that are customer service oriented because people actually want their packages.
