I'm assuming these are the owners of the store that I am referring to. So they open at 8am supposedly however when I went to the door it didn't open and TWO FAT WOMEN one in black and one in pink was standing by the door UP UNTIL I CAME TO THE DOOR! Please do better or close this place down. It's always disorganized and out of stock anyway!!!!!!! Luckily I don't have to work until 9am because if I was running late I would be LIVID.

This store usually has a sign on the door that says “system down” but if you go to any other location the system is fine. Today I stop by for some washing powder and to my surprise there was no sign, it was open. I walk in, an employee that was sitting in a truck in the parking lot walks in behind me, and there’s an employee at the register ringing up another employee. As I’m waking toward the washing powder isle, the employee that walked in behind me asked the cashier if she was going to lock the door. Why would the door need to be locked if there are two employees and the register works? I realized my presence was not wanted nor my money and I left. Why does this location even exists?

Yesterday I shopped here and I had more than one incident with two workers and another person who was a worker or a known customer. When I walked inside the store and started to shop a worker came up from behind me and was either touching me or looking over my shoulder to talk to someone else. Another person or worker walked up to me while I was pushing the basket. Either she didn't see me or I didn't see her. I can't say why this happened because I am disabled and I walk slowly but she made a second situation and squeezed between me and the shelves while talking to the other workers. The third time was at the register. There is a front and back opening at the counter. The guy was behind the register and waited until I came to the register to pay for what was inside the basket and just came out from behind the register and squeezed between me and the register. I don't know these people but they could have caused me to fall down. I don't know what happened with the store and what made them put me in this situation. I rarely even shop here.

We needed a 12 volt power splitter cord after i rudely interrupted the the lady behind the counter by asking her a question if they had or where they are located, she pointed to the rack and said that is were they would be. As i also needed glass cleaner i went back to get that and had to bother her to ring up the sale. I think she may have been working to be employee of the year. This is all just my opinion

Great selection of items to choose from, although the frozen food section would be helped through more selection of items from quick meals to dessert and breathing options. Even so, the store is consistently clean, inviting and organized. The management and staff are friendly and welcoming, never failing to invite the customer back at the close of their transaction. Recommend this location over any other Dollar General in the Memphis area. Business hours are from 8am to 9pm during the week.

I will never shoo here again. The cashier with the dreads has a nasty attitude and would rather text on his phone instead of taking care of the guest. Very bad business. Instead texting try cleaning up the store. The manager should be aware of the store instead of sitting in a office while employees are doing whatever they want and not What needs to be done. Cell phones are more important than the customers. I will never visit this location again.
