Store still not open even at 9am employees just looked at the 3 cars outside and turned around keeping the door locked. Absolutely horrible service. ~ladarius

This was a short while back; had an emergency and needed to run in to get adhesive quickly. Got there 10 or 15 minutes before they closed. All the guys working were standing outside smoking and chatting away and they were trying to tell me it was closed. Seeing as they were going to refuse me entry, I had to turn and walk somewhere else. If you're going to say it's closed and chill for the last 15 minutes of your shift, then might as well clock-out, lock it up, and change the business hours on Google. Am only leaving 2 stars because I am actually okay with DG, it's good to have one in town or on the block. I can't stress enough that it was an emergency, my job was actually in the balance. ~Thomas

The morbidly obese cashier named Rafael shouldn’t be operating the cash register. He’s not nice. Not polite. He picks and chooses who to greet when they come into the store. Picks and chooses who to stand up for (every time I come into the store he’s sitting on a stool) he didn’t ask me all of the “general questions” that’s supposed to be asked by a cashier. But let a white person approach him and he’s all ears smiles and full of questions. And each and every time that he checks me out I have to come back to the store for a print out of my receipt because once again he fails to ask any questions or acknowledge the fact that I’ve signed up for digital communication. Poor customer service. ~Ieshia

This should not be a pharmacist. Medicines are delayed and the cashiers at the pharmacy window are extremely rude and disrespectful. They tell you that you will have your medicine whenever as if it’s not important. You’re in the wrong job if you think it is good to delay a person’s care. It’s like pulling wisdom teeth just to get your prescriptions filled. I don’t have time to waste. Corporate really needs to investigate these comments. Also the board of TN. ~Crys

I don’t know why they have bad reviews while my experience with this CVS is quite the opposite. My prescription was ready just within an hour. Everything in the store was neat, and organised. This is just another cvs like other location. I will keep going back. ~Debisree

This place is an absolute wreck. 2 aisle's blocked off by boxes, products scattered everywhere, food and drinks left on the shelves...its impossible to find anything here. No employees on the floor at all...I actually put something back after searching 10 minutes for it just because this place is so bad it would be better if it just went ahead and closed. Typical Memphis vibe where the employees want to sit around and do absolutely nothing. ~Alex

I love going to this dollar general I have never been where people have been rude. But I just don’t seem like this dollar general should be in business anymore because they are never open anymore. There are people who live off this dollar general. We don’t wanna go to family dollar across the street. It’s making me mad cause every time I want some quick I think of going to dollar general and when I take time out my day and drive up there they are always closed NEVER OPEN ~Kaitlyn

Great customer service but horrible toy selection. My daughter wanted this magnetic toy of a black female, i was about to buy it until i noticed all of the black womans apparel was that of a street walker while the magnetic toy of the white woman had dr and nurse apparel. I as a parent am very concerned about the people who appove these types of toys for our children of color. The subliminal messaging with these toys explains why Dollar General pays its employees so little, which is truly appalling. ~Equin

I'm assuming these are the owners of the store that I am referring to. So they open at 8am supposedly however when I went to the door it didn't open and TWO FAT WOMEN one in black and one in pink was standing by the door UP UNTIL I CAME TO THE DOOR! Please do better or close this place down. It's always disorganized and out of stock anyway!!!!!!! Luckily I don't have to work until 9am because if I was running late I would be LIVID. ~BriNatural
