I wish I could give them a "0" in stars. The employees are rude, disorganized, and unprofessional. Expect to wait in line for 30/45 minutes, then for them to tell you they don't know where your prescription is, or when it will be ready. If they do give any information, it will be useless, since no one there seems to communicate efficiently as a team. The information (or misinformation) varies between each employee you talk to.👎 They're literally the worst. Go to a different pharmacy and hope they hired more competent staff. Most recent update, service is still slow if you go in, but somehow they're more proficient in taking care of their customers. Catherine (I'm not sure I'm spelling that right), and Dr. Taylor were very sweet, and it was finally nice to have someone assist us getting our meds. Thanks to those two lovely ladies.

This Walgreens doesn’t even deserve one star!! Janet the overnight pharmacist was unprofessional and rude. I was at the ER with my son and they called his prescription into this location. I have done business with Walgreens for the last 20 years but this is my first horrible experience. I will never step foot in this location again. Janet needs to be reported. She yelled at me that she “just got to work” and they did a shift change, after I was told earlier after waiting 2 hours the prescription would be filled in 20 minutes. This is a culture problem that management (Steve) needs to fix. I will tell others to not shop here, especially if you’re not feeling well because they could care less.

this place is a joke. really unprofessional SLOW staff and dirty pharmacy and drive through! where are the hygiene laws? nothing is enforced I guess managment thinks it's okay to have really unproffesional staff and everything dirty!!!

The ladies in the pharmacy are AMAZING. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. The Pharmacists giving out the vaccines are so quick and painless, and I hate needles so. Just great.

This should not be a pharmacist. Medicines are delayed and the cashiers at the pharmacy window are extremely rude and disrespectful. They tell you that you will have your medicine whenever as if it’s not important. You’re in the wrong job if you think it is good to delay a person’s care. It’s like pulling wisdom teeth just to get your prescriptions filled. I don’t have time to waste. Corporate really needs to investigate these comments. Also the board of TN.

Horrible inventory..lots of missing SKU'S and the sales LED sign in their parking lot isn't updated so sales don't ring up as advertised outside. Pharmacy staff was very kind when I had an allergy attack and got the OTC stuff unlocked and opened the package for me to alleviate my crisis immediately.

One of the worst Walgreens in Memphis. Only one cashier during most hours leading to +30 min queues. Poor management. If you only need one or two items it's best to go somewhere else.

Terrible service from the pharmacy. They were supposed to call me back about some meds before a surgery. No call. I called them back and they hung up on me 4 times. Once I finally got someone on the phone, they put me on hold and then we got disconnected. No call back. Go to CVS instead of this store

The absolute worst. I go once a month and the pharmacy line is 15 deep with one person working the register. I have stood in line for over an hour one time. Since the pharmacy is 24 hours I decided to help everyone out and get up earlier and go on my my to work at 5:15 am. Nope!!!! Can not do that either. The last two times I've tried that there has been a sign on the drive-thru window with the statement... "closed for two hours. please come back." Seriously, please tell me when the 2 hour closure started. Not that that would have mattered. Award for the worst pharmacy ever.... Union/McLean Blvd Memphis.
