5 Best cosmetics store in Memphis, Tennessee (TN) 2024

The morbidly obese cashier named Rafael shouldn’t be operating the cash register. He’s not nice. Not polite. He picks and chooses who to greet when they come into the store. Picks and chooses who to stand up for (every time I come into the store he’s sitting on a stool) he didn’t ask me all of the “general questions” that’s supposed to be asked by a cashier. But let a white person approach him and he’s all ears smiles and full of questions. And each and every time that he checks me out I have to come back to the store for a print out of my receipt because once again he fails to ask any questions or acknowledge the fact that I’ve signed up for digital communication. Poor customer service. ~Ieshia

This should not be a pharmacist. Medicines are delayed and the cashiers at the pharmacy window are extremely rude and disrespectful. They tell you that you will have your medicine whenever as if it’s not important. You’re in the wrong job if you think it is good to delay a person’s care. It’s like pulling wisdom teeth just to get your prescriptions filled. I don’t have time to waste. Corporate really needs to investigate these comments. Also the board of TN. ~Crys

I don’t know why they have bad reviews while my experience with this CVS is quite the opposite. My prescription was ready just within an hour. Everything in the store was neat, and organised. This is just another cvs like other location. I will keep going back. ~Debisree

As long as I been in this zip code I never used this pharmacy and I see why I didnt.. I sat ate the drive thru too long with multiple workers in store I had to blow my horn for someone to help me as if they didnt already see me.. Would not recommend this location ~Tierney

Pharmacy is horrible, needed covid plaxlovid for severe case of covid. I have several life threatening conditions, it was urgent I received quickly. Pharmacy would not fill, keeps telling Dr prescription is not written correctly, after a 24 hrs of frustration, had Dr send to cvs(excact same subscription nothing changed) CVS filled prescription no problems within a hour of receiving. There seems to be a problem with the pharmactis at this location. No longer a customer. Sad they used to be so good. Also complained to walgreens support who promised answer in 3 days suprise no answer in 7 days. IF YOUR MEDS ARE IMPORTANT AVOID WALGREENS MAIN ST MEMPHIS. ~John
