Great customer service but horrible toy selection. My daughter wanted this magnetic toy of a black female, i was about to buy it until i noticed all of the black womans apparel was that of a street walker while the magnetic toy of the white woman had dr and nurse apparel. I as a parent am very concerned about the people who appove these types of toys for our children of color. The subliminal messaging with these toys explains why Dollar General pays its employees so little, which is truly appalling.

Everything about this location is Beyond GHETTO. The store is junky, the employees are rude and lazy, product everywhere you can tell nobody be zoning the shelves, cleaning up etc they just need to close down. You guys deserve no stars😂

The shift person couldn't handle a simple return after they rung me up twice on an item. Then she/he got mad when I wanted my original receipt. Sheesh! What's wrong with these persons if they can't provide good customer service! Just nasty! Bye.. It's 321pm at the Covington pk. location. Her/his name was Destiny. Dollar general hire folks at least with customer service skills! Sheesh!!

I wish that I could leave no stars all because the front cashier was Very Rude to his customers. Instead of just getting the customer a price check on an item, he gave her a smart remark. This is one of the reasons why a lot of our stores are closing in our neighborhoods. Good customer service will go a long way. Never shall I never stop at this particular location again unless a change comes!

This is a great place to do quick shopping. I went in got what I needed quickly but the checkout is horrible. One line long at that going to each register like in a bank. They should of kept the old way- a line for each register would work better and move quickly and help with the social distancing. It makes no sense to have one line going a the way to back of store.

Very good experience except aisles are too narrow. Two people cannot pass each other. A+ for having no overhead music. It used to be way too loud! Also there were practically no shopping carts.

The Isles are entirely too narrow. It is hard for two people to pass each other. It would be a big help if they would place a number at the end of each row. The variety is very good. The overhead music there was was not being played when I was there and I am very glad it wasn't. It used to be way too loud. Shoppers do not go there to dance anyway.
