Very disappointed as well as dissatisfied with the particular location. This location indicates it's a 24hr establishment. However, since the pandemic it closes as they see fit due to lack of employees.... I completely understand being short staffed and unable to maintain pre-pandimic hours but set obtainable hours and stick to them... One night they closed at 10 and another one at 6. They have no regard for the customer at all. They will gladly pull garbage cans in the drive thru lane as you approach and never make eye contact or explain why. They have no hard feelings of doing the same to the dine in portion as well, regardless of time.. when they feel like closing, they just close. If you are traveling after 4 in the evening, don't put hope in this location in Niota TN being open for business. Call before arrival to ensure you aren't turned away or disappointed having to make another stop a little down the road if Wendy's is what you have your hear and taste buds set on....

I thought it was an episode of Jerry Springer. Employees were arguing very loudly spewing profanities. A couple people in line left. I definitely wouldn't recommend this Wendy's! They couldn't even get my order correct. Not a good experience at all!

They gave me the wrong burger! I asked for a baconator with no condiments and they gave me an entirely different sandwich with mayo. They still get two stars for good fries and friendly service, but I'm rather frustrated.

They say that it is open until 12 am when there have been numerous occasions that I have tried to order there and they were closed already at 8 pm. For last 20 years I have preferred WENDYS over any restaurant. That has changed. I'm shocked that 4 single burgers with bacon and 2 orders of French fries costs over $31.00 . That's about same as 3 ALL U CAN EAT visits at a steak house. Guess I'm eating more steak and buffet from now on.

I placed a order through the mobile app for curbside pickup. It took close to 10 minutes for them to bring the food out. Then when I got home I looked and realized I didn't get my kids meal. They gave me the Jr frosty for the meal but not the meal. Very frustrating when you pay for something and don't get it or have time to go back for it.

So tired of hearing about how much people support truckers when you can't be open to serve food. This restaurant is an absolute disgrace. Such a terrible experience. No pride in management what so ever!! And it shows! See the quality of everything is poor. The manager is of course no where to be found. I left them a message and I am reporting this franchise to corporate. Oh those nuggets or raw. How does that happen you ask. Fryers not being inspected and employees not properly trained.
