Way over priced, didnt get everything that was ordered, food and ice cream tasted awful, and had to wait over 30 mins in drive thru. Will NEVER go back!

Only customer and it took 15 minutes if not longer to make 2 burgers , fries and some onion rings . Ridiculous! The food it self is what expected, bland with just a ton of salt

Every single time that I have went to this Dairy Queen I have been beyond impressed with the food, service, and the work ethic of all of it's employees. Starting off with food, DQ is definitely a little more pricy than most fast food chains, but that premium is definitely worth it in terms of how good the food is and the portion size. They also cook everything fresh. If you go through the drive thru at this location you will always get your ice cream instantly, but if you purchase food they typically make you pull around and wait a little while, but the wait normally isn't too long and it's worth it given the freshness of the food. Moving onto service, I am very impressed in this department. A couple of weeks when I went through the drive thru I had ordered some onion rings instead of fries with my meal. The meal was brought out with fries, and as I began to pull out of the parking lot (before I even noticed it myself), one of the employees came running out to my vehicle at Mach 10 speed to give me my rings. Lastly with work ethic, I am very impressed with all of the employees. My friends and I went to go get some ice cream tonight and were greeted with a smile from Markus (the same one who ran my rings out to me) who very happily took all of our orders and seemed like he legitimately wanted to be there and was happy to serve us. We also witnessed another employee (don't know their name unfortunately) ran out into the pouring rain, lighting, and thunder, to bring a customer their meal... all with a smile! Props to you DQ!

Ms Melanie definitely went above and beyond taking care of us and others. Almost felt like we were in a restaurant and not a fast food chain.

Don't get blizzard through the drive thru without asking for lids. Got home and had ice cream melting all over the seat.

The wait is extremely long. They need to find a more efficient process on taking orders in and The price is high at least the food is good only reason why I have given it 2 stars. Seriously disappointed wish I could just drive off instead of waiting in the parking lot for some 2 drinks and ice cream that should take 5 mins tops.

We ordered 2 slushies and an ice cream cone. We waited almost 20 minutes. The drinks were a bit watered down like they weren't freshly made and the cone was dripping when it came out. The only good thing was they were very polite and the customer service was good.

They were short staffed, but so kind. Between both men running from the kitchen, to the front counter, to the drive through, making ice cream & then bringing things out to cars - they handled it extremely well. Kudos to them!
