Tried to call to place an order for pick up for one pizza and some wings it was 815 on a Tuesday and they closed at nine well I called the first time and they put me on hold immediately without saying anything so I called back two or three more times and the same thing continued to happen. So I decided to just go ahead and drive to the store to place the order. When I got there i witnessed the cashier answer the phone and immediately put the person calling on hold without saying a word. She did this about 5 times while I waited for my food. Mind you, they were not busy at all I only saw one other order on the screen. So no excuse. While waiting outside the door for my food to finish I also overheard the employees inside cussing and complaining about having to make my order. I will not ever order from this store again.

ordered on app then was informed when I called store that they would not fill order because it was close to closing. when I asked for a return of money was told they would not do it tonight i would have to call in the morning

Worst place of business in West Tennessee the Paris Papa John’s kept hanging up on us we would call back we would be placed on hold hung up on again this was 10 mins of the same thing never experienced a papa John’s that did that I want be spending my money there again

EDIT: After taking a glance at the other reviews it seems that store is in major need or new staffing and training with experienced personal. The person with the LLC needs to be dropped and replaced. Will use little ceasers next time for better experience. That owner cares for her 3 business in my area 😁 2nd edit: I am stewing I spent 32 dollars for that to be brought to me when I would have been much more satisfied just getting a tombstone pizza from dollar store and it still be hot when I sat down 😂 Poorly delivered so everything is shifted to the side of the box and not on the pizza like it should. The person cutting don't know thin crust is typically square cut but not the problem. He or she needs heavy training on cutting a pizza thoroughly and where the center of the pie is.

Called at 230 asked to pick a pizza up at 530 and they said no because someone else had that slot. They make several pizzas at a time don’t see how they could not have one pizza done by 530 knowing 3 hours in advance. 🤔

UPDATE: Tried carry-out again 7FEB2022. Was told 20-25 minutes so went in at 20min. Order was still on computer, no sticker, hadn't even started to make yet. Was told it would be ANOTHER 15-minutes. Update: Deleted my Papa John" app again. Local store closes @ 8:40 at night. Wanted a pizza joint in Paris that stays open till at least 10 pm. 1. Time: 35 minutes to get a carry-out pizza

The service on the phone and delivery was fine. The pizza was also okay but the wings were nothing but skin and globs of fat. The sauce had a good flavor but they were the fattiest wings I've ever had in my life.

I like going to papa John's. They have great pizzas. They have another kinda pizza. It reminds me of a Calzone. But they are called something different. I like those. But I don't like some of the ingredients. I didn't know they put onion in it. I know now. So I will tell them not to put them in my anymore.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One gluten free, one regular. Recieved the pizzas. NEITHER one was gluten free. Called and was put on hold for 7 1/2 minutes. While I was on hold for so long, my husband called and right away a person talked to him. My husband handed me the phone and immediately the person stopped talking to me! So, I could not resolve the issue. No money refunded. No pizza re-delivered. NEVER will order from them again.

I ordered online for delivery. It was a friday night and the email said 35 -45 minutes (no surprise for a friday night). The app said it was out for delivery after 35 minutes. I called after an hour and a half went by since the pizza hadn't been delivered to see what was going on. The lady was very rude, not at all apologetic, told me they only had one driver on a friday night (this was a surprise) and hung up on me when I was voicing my displeasure (no foul language on either side of the phone mind you). I had already paid through the app so I waited. After 2 hours had gone by i decided to go to little Caesars and get pizza. While i was there the delivery man from papa John's arrived with the pizza (very nice guy and he was apologetic). We told him we didn't want the pizza anymore and wanted a refund. Once I called the store back they did give us the refund. We won't be going back until there is a sign that says "new management".
