I have always loved the people at this pharmacy. Today I had the worst experience. The pharmacy tech was very rude and unwilling to help. They have ruined my afternoon and lost a customer.

Great prices, fun-loving staff who want to get you the best deals, and a really friendly pharmacist available for further questions. Make this your go-to pharmacy! Edit: If you're in a hurry, go through the drive-thru. For some reason, that service is WAY faster than standing in line.

I cannot say enough good things about the pharmacy staff at this location. When I first went, Anthony went out of his way to look for my cheapest option. He asked if this would be where I would be picking up this prescription every month to ensure it would be in stock when I needed a refill. I cannot tell you the MULTIPLE times I left Walmart or Walgreens in tears because I was told there wasn’t any medicine available (with no estimation of when it would be) or that the cost had tripled. The one single time my full prescription was delayed in three years (at no fault to Food City), Anthony called me to let me know. Do you know how nice that is?! I think if Food City opened up a closer pharmacy to me I’d still go out of my way to drive to this location just because of the staff.

Pharmacy has great customer service (given me coupons which were cheaper than my insurance copay. Never messed up my order. Prices on the meds. I use are much better than the CVS on Signal Mountain.

Very kind and helpful! I have a medication that is not covered by my insurance and on GoodRx the price was best at Food City. I went to have it filled at this location and the tech was very helpful! They were even able to run it on their own discount program for an even lower price. I will continue to fill this medication with them.

I have been going to this pharmacy since I moved to Red Bank 15 years ago. Tony and his staff are always super helpful and go out of their way to help me and my daughter-in-law. He never lets us run our of our medicine. He has personally called our doctors w/questions and requests while we waited so we wouldn't have to make another trip.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 4 years now with little issues till now. I’ll start with saying this place used to be great but here recently they have hired a few people in the pharmacy that are just totally incompetent. I requested a refill on a emergency inhaler (pro air) and was told I was out of refills, that they would have to send a request to my doctor. I understood and told them to submit the request. A little over a week goes by and my current emergency inhaler is completely exhausted. I return to the pharmacy expecting my refill to be ready, only to be told that they sent my refill request to the wrong doctor (a emergency physician care doctor) that I had only seen once, to which the doctor had sent back to my pharmacy (see primary care physician). At this point I am highly upset because they have sent refill request to my primary care physician numerous times before and had no issues. So, why at this point are they sending a request to a doctor I haven’t seen but once, that was over 2 years ago?! Plus this doctor wasn’t my primary doctor, he was a doc in a box, and still currently is! The other issue have with them is at no point throughout the week did anyone feel the need to call me and confirm my actual doctor nor to inform me that there is a issue with my refill. I am also a insulin dependent diabetic that requires LIFE SAVING MEDICINE that this place has messed up my insulin refills too but thankfully I found out while my doctors office was still open. So I was able to get my insulin. I shouldn’t have to do their job when they send the refill request to the wrong doctor! Then don’t inform me when they do! This place just doesn’t have the customers best interest or care at heart, as all they do when you walk up to the pharmacy is talk and stand around, if y’all actual do your job which is why you are there, this issue wouldnt occur! I will be filing a formal complaint to make sure this issue doesn’t happen again!

This pharmacy staff was so rude!!! I had to get a prescription transferred over and the employee I spoke to on the phone was clearly agitated with having to handle that. Then, once I got to the pharmacy the perscription wasn't ready so I asked the employee at the register if I could submit my insurance information while I wait, without saying a word she walks away, so I look at another employee and say, "is that possible for me to do before the prescription is ready?" And she was so rude and said, "Yes. That's why she's getting paper." They made me feel like a nucance for being there. Which I can understand more if they were busy, but I was the only customer and they were putting stickers on each other's backs behind the counter and messing around. Definitely will not return to this pharmacy if I can avoid it. So unprofessional!
