I got the wrong size spark plug socket for my car and didn't realize It till I got home and tried to take the plug out. I tried to return the 8 dollar socket because it's useless to me this young boy with black hair pulled out a flash light and inspected it then said they can't return it cause it has oil on it. Even after I told him it's just because I tried to fit it on the plug his exact words was (well you're stuck with it)

Had a power steering pump go out on my car the young guy behind the counter kept trying to upsell me told me the warranty wouldn't be good if I didn't reflush my system I replied I did two months ago and I was not spending another 40 bucks on honda power steering fluid again because of a defective part he kept arguing I just walked out and fixed my car I have been a mechanic for about 20 years then refused to let me and my wife wash our hands needs to be fired worst service I have ever dealt with and rudest I was there at around 2 pm Feb 12 2022 and if he didn't save my part in the system corporate will be contacted thats how unreal the service was left mad and aggravated it was unreal after buying over 10k in parts over the years makes me want to be done with them and that's my option of this store Cookeville has good service maybe they need to go there for training

I told the kid I needed a set of brakes for a Ram 2500 first he said yes we sell brakes and that's when I said yes I know you do I need a set of brakes. He then ask what they were going on and I told him a 1999 Ram 2500 he said is that a chevrolet. I've always had problems with this store because it seems like they can never get there act right.
