I consider "my dollar store" the one in Russellville. It is always a mess and almost always is missing something from my "to get" list. None of the other Hamblen county dollar stores are this bad with this certain issue. However, the employees are friendly and helpful which is what keeps my business.

It's like I'm any Walmart, it has everything you need. I go there all the time to find my Hot wheels that I collect. It's a good place to get that cold drink for the road and something to munch on and just everyday household stuff from cleaning supplies to food to stuff for your vehicle like oil or cleaning supplies like laundry detergent. They have medicine like Aspirin, Tylenol, Ibuprofen, Motrin, and Band-Aids. Dallor General has everything that you need with great customer service and there is one right down the road, you don't never have to look far to find a good Dollar general.

It's only getting 4 stars because of the ONE woman who was working tonight. She deserves a raise big time . This store gets a -1 . This poor employee was all by herself with a line to the back of the store , plus a crazy lady with a return Being difficult, a lady with 50 kids asking her to discount a blow up pool, and it was hot as for hellos in that place. This store keeps getting worse. May I add u could not get down any aisle due to the freight that needed to be stocked..... get this girl some decent help!!!!

This particular store seems more mom and pop laid back compared to the others around. Nice place to pick up the odds and ends you forget when shopping. The proximity thow is right where it should be because there isn't anything for miles.

Staff is always friendly. It's a pretty busy store. I love that there actually are a couple aisles where everything is just $1. That helps a lot when you need basic household stuff. Overall, there's a little bit of everything, and I like just browsing around. There's also a Redbox kiosk on site :)

This place is not stocked with anything that they advertize.At any given time the shelves will be cluttered and not organized.Poor poor mangement and too frequent breaks for only a few workers and lines with stay backed up while other cashiers do nothing but smoke.Very dirty at any given time and unstocked..Also if u don't preload your coupons before u go shop IF u find your item you'll spend too much pay regular price.Dont bother calling district manager cause they will laugh it off as a joke.They will not take complaints serious.
