Thier okay. I went in seeking scarfs. Couple tops etc. Don't like it though when your looking around the store to purchase and your sometimes constantly followed .. like stalked around by owners wife . The foreign lady and she constant is on you.. like what do you want. What you need. What u look for.. and so on.. it's kind of harrassing feeling at times and makes you want to not shop alot and hurry and leave. The store would do better without her hounding her husband's store customers so much. Maybe she thinks she's helping.. maybe that's how thy do it in her country I don't know.. but it doesn't go over well here.. not with people like me anyways who like to shop and look around and decide what to buy without being nonstop bothered the whole time.

Sent them a message on Facebook messenger to ask a question and the only response I received was “No”. They need to be a little nicer if they want my business. Definitely won’t be shopping here for anything. I can already tell the employees have zero personality. Most businesses would respond with “Hi! Thanks for messaging us! I’m sorry, we do not carry that product.”

I truly enjoyed my experience at Beauty World in Somerville. I was able to ask and get appropriate and helpful advice. Is service there Act like they really care. They have everything from beautiful hair extensions,make-up,hair products from A to Z and tight clothing too.
