This is the craziest place and people I e ever spoken with. I recently bought a 1995 Nissan truck, in which someone had stoled the catalytic converter. I called Reagan Muffler and because it did not have this converter on it for them to profit from, they would not fix the exhaust. Now to the very rudeness with which they conveyed this to me, simply put, if you can avoid this place then do so. Something is not right with this business approach.

Please do not bring your vehicle's here, there are lots of loyal places in mayfield. I brought my prius out to this location, had some code problems. They cut out my catalytic converter, then KEPT IT! Since prius cats go for 800$ because of there precious metals, these people cut mine out. Said they fixed problem. Then when I called 2 days later to ask what the hell did they do, and wheres my catylitic converter. They "threw it away" lol. No they didnt, they stole it STOLE. IT. I would never trust a vehicle with these people again. They are bad people. Goodluck

My husband called Reagan's muffler to see if they could weld a pipe to the exhaust under his Santa Fe. He had cut the catylyctic converter the previous night because it was stopped up and already had holes in it. When the man answered the phone, my husband tried explaining to him what happened and what he needed, but the man hung up on him. I said surely not, and called him back. When I said that we had just called and was the ones asking about the pipe, he said(very condescendingly) we do not weld pipes back up whenever someone just cuts it off to get money. (That is NOT what happened. He was trying to get home and the Santa Fe was having a hard time getting anywhere. Easiest solution at 1130pm is to do what you gotta do in order to get home to ur family, correct?) Well the man said again I'M NOT WELDING A PIPE TO YOUR EXHAUST... BYE. And hung up on me. Even if he didn't want to do it, he could have very easily been a decent human being and declined politely. My husband and I will not ever be using this shop

Larry took good care of me, and my truck… I had him install a stage 2 FlowMaster, and dual all the way out the rear… It has been maybe 6 months and my FlowMaster broke a baffle inside of the muffler, making my truck super loud/too loud… I happen to run into Larry after hours at Deno’s BBQ, and he stopped eating and came outside and crawled under my truck, and verified that a baffle came loose inside, and said, “bring it back in, and we will fix it…” I was impressed that he crawled under my truck after hours during his dinner, and took a look… Now, THAT is true customer service without a doubt… I will definitely continue going to Reagan’s for all of my exhaust needs… The time frame was a well reasonable short wait during the install, and overall value was pretty good too…

We had him put dual exhaust on our 2015 Ram 1500, and it sounds AAAAHHHHHHMAZING!!!!! We love it, and have gotten so many compliments on the sound!

Stopped in to find out about getting an exhaust rattle fixed, just looking for cost and when they could get to it. Left about 45 minutes later with the problem repaired. Cost was less than half of what other shops had quoted and they were ready to fix it immediately, other shops wanted me to schedule a day a week or two out. Very nice staff, answered all of my questions, couldn't be more satisfied with their service.
