Love flat hollow Marina the new owners are making it even better than it was in the past. They are expanding the marina also great place for live music over the weekend and great food. So if your at lake Norris Tennessee you need make plans to slow down and stop by for a great time.

Great place to stay!! Cabins are really nice, staff was great. Rented a pontoon for two days, it was brand new. Great food at the restaurant. Owners are doing an excellent job with the place, can't wait to see how it looks next year.

If you rent a boat from them, have them explain in explicit detail the terms of your rental agreement and do not be surprised if you pay double the deposit. Make sure to obtain a copy of the rental contract before you sign anything. Doubled my deposit and random charges for small amounts kept showing up from them after our rental. 5.00, 10.46, coincidentally on the card they had on file. We did purchase 2 bag of ice on my girlfriends card, in another name from another bank. Watch your bank statement because if you think youre going to resolve any issues by speaking with the staff, you may as well save your time and argue with your closest wall instead.

Friendly staff, good food. Can eat inside or out. Umbrella tables, and overhead shade also. Easy docking for your boat. Music on weekends, Great fireworks when appropriate. Easy to get to. Love this place.

We had rented a boat from Flat Hollow Marina this past summer. We did have a good time out on the lake. We had received a brand new boat and it was definitely a beauty. The rental process was easy considering that we booked a last minute boat outing. I am rating the marina 1 star because after we had rented our boat nearly a month out we had an additional deposit taken out from our account. We did try to resolve the issue but got the run around for several weeks. We had provided documentation to prove we were not at the lake at the time of the charge and gave proof from our financial institution that the original valid charge had went through as expected. We are almost 6 weeks out from our rental and still have not recieved our deposit back. I would not recommend using Flat Hollow Marina. It appears to have poor customer service in terms of resolving issues and seem to have no intention on refunding the additional deposit taken from our account. We will file a compliant with the Tennessee better business bureau as well. We do plan to return to Norris Lake but will not be returning to Flat Hollow Marina. Addenum We did have the owner personally reach out and were able to sort out the issues. We are not entirely convinced to return to Flat Hollow Marina in the future.

We rented a floating house(idle time) and pontoon boat. It was amazing !! We took the pontoon and went marina hopping. We used the slide on the house. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean. The only tips I would have is bring your own wash towels, garbage bags and paper towels. I would highly recommend!!

We rented two of the cabins. This place could have been extremely nice. I will say the biggest issue I could complain about is the no wifi at all. This is pretty standard and it even had cable so not sure why this was a difficult tasks. Some of the workers had extreme attitude problems. They kept giving out our boat slip to other guests causing us to almost get into a physical fight and the staff just sits there while we were being screamed at for their mistake giving them the wrong boat slip. We even tried several times to ask the employees to please have it corrected and no one communicated anything. Later on the guests apologized to us as they realized it was the Flat hollows fault. The food was good but they close so early you have to eat at 5 if you want food. The cabins were so dirty when we got there. There was food on the floor and dead bugs from no one cleaning. We asked several times to empty our trash since raccoons kept getting into it and the employees completely ignored. The one time he did he forgot most of the trash on our deck. This place was in good location and the owners were friendly but they need to make some changes.

Spent four days here this week, 7/6-7/10, and had a wonderful time. Staff and crew were friendly and helpful. We did not eat here as we were in a floating cabin and brought food. Boat launching is a bit tight and I would definitely call or launch elsewhere if your boat is longer than 28 feet. Not much room to maneuver. Love this peaceful side if the lake.

Calm and quiet area to stay on the Northern part of the lake! We were hesitant at first because we thought we'd be too far away from everything but we could go all the way to the dam or the main lake up the Clinch river in only 45 mins! Close to the Tiki bar at Deerfield and but tucked far enough back you don't have all the wake! We would stay here again!
