The bakery here is amazing. I bought a birthday cake and as soon as I get it to my house my kids knock it out of my hands and it's ruined. They kindly replaced it for me and saved my daughter's birthday because of it. 100% recommend this store. For all of your needs.

The best supermarket in Abilene to save yourself money. Prices are within reason of other similar type business establishments offering the general public exact/similar type products. Clean parking lot, clean store, & surprisingly the restroom is clean/stocked. Customer service is exceptionally friendly & helpful every time I've asked where an item would be due to overlooking it's original place. I always recommend H-E-B (before any other supermarket) to family, friends, & the general public.

The store has become so busy that they are overwhelmed it seems. It is very crowded most days which makes it hard to shop. Abilene could definitely use another HEB to lighten the load on its current store. Employees are great for the most part. Have had problems with curbside pickup multiple times from missing a few items to missing a LOT.

Love shopping at HEB, the selections and freshness. The biggest downside is the self check cashier watching that area states the machines start messing up if there are too many items and we were told to move to a cashier. Sorry but many of them are SLOW.

I honestly feel like they should make another HEB since this one is always so crowded. But other than that I love the selection they have of locally shipped and owned products.

The store it's self is hard to get around at times due to all the other shoppers but the staff are amazing! From helping you find what you need to check out! Also the deli is just out of this world with their accommodating professional service

I needed some meat custom butchered and the gentleman that helped me was so polite and professional and was done in about 5 mins. Then I tore the packaging and had to back to the meat department to see if they could re-wrap the meat. A different gentleman assisted me and said "Definitely sir, I will be right back" He couldn't have been gone for more than minute!! HEB has great customer service!!!

My family and I love HEB this is the place to do your grocery shopping. Always a good selection. It is very busy but the check out staff knows how to keep their hustle on. They all deserve five stars for the hard work they do.

I always enjoy my neighborhood HEB but when traveling in Texas, I like to always go to HEB as well. ThIs Abilene HEB is especially great with wonderful selection of fresh meats, seafood, cheeses including goat cheese, and they have a wonderful floral department with gorgeous fresh flowers. There is only one HEB in Abilene. So if you have the opportunity to visit this store, please take it. The employees are super helpful and friendly.
