I’ve lived in Benbrook for most of my life, I don’t really go to McDonald’s anymore now that I’m older, going back here for the first time in years was a different experience. My girlfriend wanted to get a coffee for her mother and her. So we both used our apps to place two separate orders to buy the coffees. We get to the payment window, and the cashier already has an attitude because the transaction for the two orders used the same card. The cashier begins to sigh. And smack her lips. Then calls the manager over, and they start to argue in front of us. Yelling and screaming. This location has become very unprofessional. And to the young lady that took our order, if you do not like your job in customer service, then you are the only one that can change that. Don’t stay where you are not happy.

I just want to say the two girls handling the drive thru orders are the rudest the audacity to get an attitude with me cause they couldn’t get a simple order correct I kid you not it seemed like they were on drugs as for the sweet lady handing the food out (red short hair) she made me feel way better her voice was so calming .

Easily has become the worst McDonald's in the area. No one acknowledges you in the drive thru or inside with any courtesy, food is usually wrong, they talk about customers right in front of them, complain about being at work, and the drive thru is usually very slow. I have personally come to the conclusion not to go after 7pm because the dinner rush brings out the worst. I have lived in this area for over a decade and come to see it fall from 4/5 stars to I won't even go there anymore. It's a shame.

Surprisingly professional fast food restaurant. Firstly, this location has inside pickup for mobile orders and that's new to me (I was in town visiting family) so I tried it out twice. Both times the older gentleman handed me my order from the pickup box, was very polite, had a pleasant smile, and thanked me for coming and wished me farewell. All that, and this place was beyond busy with wrap around drive-thru traffic, full curbside parking, and a line of people inside. Best fast food experience ever! Dietary restrictions: No veggie burger options, yet.

They gave me a USED ranch, the manager said “it wasn’t used” when there was a previous person dipping fries in there. Didn’t even give me syrup or butter this isn’t the first time they mess an order up

Missing order AGAIN. I checked and while checking, found I was missing a sandwich and caught it. They said "oh..." Got home, and of course, sure enough, missing another sandwich that was my son's. They assure me it was in the other big bag packed with others. There was a huge line so they asked me to move up. Should have continued digging but I fell for it. So annoying.

I work in the area and unfortunately eat here way more than I should. I think they pride themselves on having the most consecutive incorrect orders in company history. They NEVER get the order right and if they do they will ask you what sauces you want then just not put them in the bag out of spite. If you hate your customers quit your job. Pathetic work ethic and an obvious lack of any leadership whatsoever.

Stopped going there at night a while back bc the "credit card machines were down" so they're only accepting cash. Sounds like employees pocketing cash but I will upgrade and revise this review if management responds that that the CC readers were indeed malfunctioning... only at night and regularly 🤔
