I found everything I needed that I couldn't get from the Brenham walmart..The young man that helped was so pleasant an took the time out of what he was doing to show me where the product I wanted was..I wish I had gotten his name..But I have a new walmart now.

Walmart customer service desk isn’t great. Never a good experience. Or even decent. I dread it every single time. Lady in self check out is nice. Some people out on the floor are stuck up and rude. Few are nice. Working there wasn’t a good experience either. As expected I guess. Not the worst Walmart I’ve seen but they could fix peoples attitude problems. Maybe give them some benefits or better benefits or something to make them feel better about working there. I don’t know. Products are ok. I shop here often for convenience of location.

I was there today. Hardly any cashiers to check you out. They want to push us to self checkout. How convenient that they have these workers that miraculously appear to watch you like a hawk as if you're stealing. Put them on these cash registers to check us out because everyone is not stealing. Then they put "certain ones up there to sambo over certain people"...if you know you know...Put us on the payroll since we're doing all the work. You can't even get anyone to help you find anything when you can't find it but they all appear during self checkout and look at those phones and watch certain people as if everyone is a thief.Today was my last day spending a dime with them.

Super big Walmart will have to get used to it have everything you need all in one place prices reasonable plenty of handicap parking lots of regular parking bring your own bag save a few pennies. I like shopping at Walmart. But not on weekends. That seems to be the busiest times. Walmart Representatives seem very kind.

Checking out at lanes are always horrible for me. No other checkers to help me out with just 1 or 2 items. Never will I shop at Walmart for Groceries. I heard their meat smell terrible. I will never checkout at the lanes if no one will ever come and help me meaning never will I come to Walmart alot. What a shame. I'm taking my business to another Walmart in Sealy, Navasota and College Station. The one here at home is unacceptable!! Unacceptable!!

It’s Walmart!!, it was clean. That was a good thing! Had to run into town due to a storm during our camping trip some items got destroyed, was only supposed to get a few items and came out with more than we needed. Of course the cashier was slow but what can you do.

Nice store friendly employees parking is a pain. Good food prices store seems well stocked. The problem is checking out..Use self checkout or be prepared to wait in long lines. Busiest times of day they often only have 2 or 3 regular checkout lines open very slow..

Absolutely wonderful place, we enjoyed spending time at the splash pad. I felt very safe letting my child play because of their sophisticated gate system. The concrete felt safe while wet too which eased my mind about kids running around barefoot. There's also many handicap accessible rides, musical instruments, and playgrounds.

Francine at register 4 today was amazing!! So kind and friendly! Being the only register open she had such a positive attitude and beyond amazing customer service!! We need more people like her!
