I picked up a large bolt in my tire and in a matter of minutes my car was being looked at, my tire was fixed, and they even replaced missing lugnuts. All for an incredibly reasonable price.

Unhappy Guy in Bulverde. Knew from the start it was going to be a rough experience with getting my car inspected.. I say hello and he says "get in the car, I don't go in cars", I understand with the virus going on its a new practice, but at least say hello or a give some eye contact. Handed him my vehicle information (vehicle VIN#) and insurance and he stated he didn't want it and continued inspecting. Inspection completed, he stated the system doesn't like the Vin #, but he produce paperwork so I though was good to go. Next day at the county office they refuse the paper work due to a missing VIN # on the paperwork, well I guess that's why the system didn't like it.. All good.. Let me call and see to fix it.. Again rude factor hit again, so I'll just get it re-inspected at another shop. Too bad, been coming to this place a while and referred multiple friends and associates. Good work, just lack customer service.

Went there for state inspection. After 3 tries to get the state to renew my registration online, I discovered that BML had put the wrong VIN on the paperwork. I had to go back to get them to correct it. I wish they had procedures in place to avoid this type of mistake. It was a great inconvenience to me.

This company is lacking leadership and better management! There is nothing more frustrating than needing a service and not being able to get it. My philosophy will always be to give my hard earned money to local and small businesses, but help me out a little!!! Learn to schedule your employees so that you can do the service that you offer and not have to ask your customers time and time again to come back at a later time.

There is one technician there who is very courteous and helpful, but the actual current manager of the shop is rude and appears to be scamming customers. We are currently waiting on a call back from the owner.

We take our cars and trucks exclusively to Bulverde Master Lube. They are friendly, fast and have even gone above and beyond on several occasions. Not one of my family members has had a problem in all of the years we've used them.
