Update: Was super fast and friendly. Got and oil change done in like 15 minutes, where I was informed about a lump on my front tire sidewall, that i was previously unaware of. Car inspection took like five minutes. This place did my car inspection and fixed a bulb that went out. Super fast, very friendly. Highly recommend this place for oil change and state inspection!

Quick, convenient and friendly. They do inspections, including trailers, oil changes and light maintenance. I suggest arriving when they open in the mornings. Many afternoons have a multi vehicle line.

This place never has a state inspector at the shop. My husband has tried multiple times & they kept telling him to come back on another day, but the inspector was never there. I have tried myself getting my inspection & the guy was very rude and proceeded to yell at me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Been coming here for years. Sometimes for an oil change and sometimes for an inspection. The manager has been at this location the entire time. Valvoline must be doing something right. To keep an amazing employee this long, especially in the times we are in is not easy. Thank you for the amazing service and quality work Team Valvoline!

This was very time consuming and once again maintenance shops not paying attention to what there doing! I was highly disappointed!!

They are usually really awesome, but this day I went in on a Sunday to get an inspection done and there was a car in the bay getting an oil change and a car waiting in front of me. After they finished the car in front of me they came and asked what I needed and he said well let me find out what the car behind you wants because we do oil cha he's first so it will be more of a wait. They wanted an oil change and he said at least a 30 to 45 minute longer for me to wait when it would have taken them 10 minutes to do an inspection. Was not happy. I left.

I arrived at 10:00 am and the staff told me “they don’t know what time the doors will be open because the person in charge of it isn’t here” my waiting time could be from 5 minutes to 30. Well… I gave them a shot, and I’ve been waiting 41 minutes so far and nothing! For me sounds like lazy people do not want to work on Sundays. My best advice for Valvoline Express is more organization and just change the open hours to “closed” on Sundays in that way won’t waste other’s time.

I started the car when they told me too and the screen lit up low oil pressure. I was told that always happens and the gauge just needs to be reset after the oil change. Not true! So I asked them to look it over again. Come to find out they had thrown away a part in the trash that was not put back on. So they dug it out of the trash and put it back on. I then had to go to Ford dealer because the check engine light was on and my truck was driving sluggish. Don’t ask why but I went back for an inspection for my wife’s car thinking it was a simple enough task. This time I was told to wait 40 minutes because oil changes take priority. Service: Oil change
