Just had the WORST customer service experience at The Violet Shop. I made an error on a funeral spray by not having a sash added to the arrangement. When I called to inquire about how I could rectify this, no solutions were offered. After I had made a few calls to solve my problem, I called back asking could they simply make the sash and I have someone retrieve it. She replied no because they close at noon. I had to plead with the employee because this was for a FUNERAL. I asked how long would it take to make, she said not long but we close at noon. It was 1145! Not to mention your storefront is less than a mile from the funeral home! Will not be patronizing them again
