Extremely unprofessional my husband and I just got a new Verizon plan and came to the Marshall location he brought his own device( mine had to be ordered) I went in and there was zero greeting.. waited about 5 minutes and was finally greeted and then had to wait again for Tara I was there to pick up and activate my phone.. I was given a total at the end of my transaction that was $285 I said for what? Oh those are your accessories and the tax on your new phone I said well take the accessories off she then told me $155 I said that’s with the accessories off she said yes, I get home to see a charge for a $50 screen protector of course I didn’t receive my receipt till the end and it was tucked in the bag. I understand upselling trying to make commission or whatever but really I feel like she stole $50 from me and it just makes me sick. It’s my bad I should have questioned the amount but I already had questioned her and didn’t want to be offensive. People like this.. no better than a thief. Wish I lived closer but I don’t and would cost me $25 just in gas just to go and confront her. And if I were asked if I wanted to purchase a screen protector or a case I would have bought one. She had gone and put it all on my phone without asking an opinion then just rings it up like I’m obligated to pay it. Terrible customer service. Honestly regret ever coming in. ~Hillary

Paid upfront for rebuild of transmission for my brother in law and was said to come warranty they claimed to fix it and it blew up the first time it was driven so had towed back to tuckers and they would not honor their warranty also sent another bill for pulling it back out a second time for 400 dollars without a transmission the truck is worthless as it is older so it was left there with them have no idea what was done with it Service: Transmission ~Shawna

My husband rated his a 3 and mine was a 4, but since I could not rate our food a 3 1/2, I gave it a 4. I bumped it up with their customer service being EXCELLENT! We were traveling and called in an order with them being very busy at the time. The wonderful person who answered the phone took the time to answer all my questions and was polite. They were VERY busy, but the online menu was blurry and so we needed some help, she provided it. I had the non-traditional chicken salad sandwich on their homemade nut bread 🍞 and I would give it a 4. It was not the best I ever had, but it was very … enjoyable and filling. My husband had the Rueben with sweet potato fries and he gave it a 3. He said it tasted average, but the corned beef was over cooked and dry. He was not crazy about the sweet potato fries, but he too thought the person who helped us, both on the phone and inside, was incredible. I would say if we are ever out that way we would try them again. It is nice to have GREAT customer service and nice to have some of the choices we had off of their menu. ~Vicki
