Showed up to pick up my online order at 6:40 and the door was locked and called 4 times and had no answer, the store said it didn't close until 7 on website and on store door stood outside and no one came out of the back room to answer the door. Very upsetting since I drove 30mins to the store to pick up my order!

Extremely unprofessional my husband and I just got a new Verizon plan and came to the Marshall location he brought his own device( mine had to be ordered) I went in and there was zero greeting.. waited about 5 minutes and was finally greeted and then had to wait again for Tara I was there to pick up and activate my phone.. I was given a total at the end of my transaction that was $285 I said for what? Oh those are your accessories and the tax on your new phone I said well take the accessories off she then told me $155 I said that’s with the accessories off she said yes, I get home to see a charge for a $50 screen protector of course I didn’t receive my receipt till the end and it was tucked in the bag. I understand upselling trying to make commission or whatever but really I feel like she stole $50 from me and it just makes me sick. It’s my bad I should have questioned the amount but I already had questioned her and didn’t want to be offensive. People like this.. no better than a thief. Wish I lived closer but I don’t and would cost me $25 just in gas just to go and confront her. And if I were asked if I wanted to purchase a screen protector or a case I would have bought one. She had gone and put it all on my phone without asking an opinion then just rings it up like I’m obligated to pay it. Terrible customer service. Honestly regret ever coming in.

Best customer service!! Shout to the Store Manager, LaShonda!! I had a bad experience at the other local Verizon 1006 E End Blvd N. Went in to her store on Grande Ave same day and she took care of me. Made me feel comfortable about continued my service with Verizon. Helped me with my upgrade and I am happy. For ALL my future Verizon need I will continue to give her all my business!! Thanks LaShunda you rock!! GREAT JOB!! YOU ARE THE VIP!!

After being mistreated at the other location in town, I came here and got more help in 5 minutes than in the multiple times I've been to the other location. Friendly, courteous and great music playing in the store. I felt like a valued customer here unlike the other location where I felt like I was in the area way. I will definitely be using this location from now on. Thank you for treating me like I was a human.

Lashondra was really helpful and very professional She took her time. She checked for possible discounts. She never rushed me I came back to this store because she was the one who sold me my last phone. While I was being waited on an elderly woman with a walker came in. She got her a chair to sit in, was concerned about her. And the little lady talked constantly while lashondra was trying to finish with me and she never lost patience and assured her she would be with her soon.
