He came right away to ask if we needed assistance and from the start you could tell he has a very welcoming and kind personality. The sales person that I dealt with was top notch. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. He worked with me on which vehicle most suited my needs and how we could work to fit my budget. There was a problem that cropped up with the first vehicle I chose but he along with the Owner Loyalty Manager worked hard to make it right for me. I am a very satisfied customer. All the staff was very good to me and helped move the buying experience along.

Avoid! Rolled in with the ability to drop $70k (credit union bank draft) but when trying to make a deal, after they had tried to add $thousands in unexplained markups, told me to my face that I couldn't afford their $35k vehicle. They still have never told me what their $2k apex markup fee is for except "all the other dealers do it too." Did an easy deal with Cowboy Toyota for $8k cheaper a couple days later.

Drove an hour and 1/2 to see/buy a new vehicle quoted at $18,542 via text by salesperson Ty. Upon arrival was informed about the APEX Program which adds $3,000 to the price of the auto but hold little value. They might as well add swamp insurance and window tax. Salesperson pointed out that this item is set out at the bottom of their web site in small print so we should have been aware of it. Oh yeah, and everybody does it. Slimes tactics. Nissan should be ashamed for allowing this to occur to their potential customers. Update 9/5/2022. Went to College Station Toyota today. Like night and day. Salesperson worked really hard to get us a deal we could afford. They also have an “add on” package but were willing to discount it heavily to meet our payment needs. Salesperson was knowledgeable and went to his management 4 times to work the deal. Bought a more expensive car with more upgrades than we were considering with Cheating Nissan.

I enjoyed working with Kelly at Keating Nissan to coordinate my vehicle repair. She was upfront with me about the issues with my car and the payment amount. She worked with me and my son to schedule the repair and to make sure that the parts were available for the repair. The turnaround time was fast. She even coordinated a ride for my son to get to the dealership to pick up the car after the work was done. I was very pleased with the professionalism and care that was shown to me and my son by this dealership, and I especially enjoyed the service I received from Kelly.

I would avoid dealing with this place. Originally I had loved them and was treated great by both their salesperson and finance department. However, when I returned after a divorce to work with my ex-wife on trading in her Nissan rogue. They did an appraisal on the rogue and listed it as if it was in the worst condition possible and gave us the lowest appraisal value possible. We had just purchased the rogue from Keating Nissan and had only put a few hundred miles on the vehicle. It was in perfect shape. No dinks scratches, no smoking. Nothing wrong with it at all. They put this in their system and now no dealer will touch it for over the amount they put in the system. The interesting part is they're online sales list of vehicle exactly like it one year older and with 50,000 mi more for about $10,000 more than they even offered us for trade-in. They didn't even come close to Blue book value which is quite sad. I will never deal with these people again and I'm about done with Nissan. Since they allow this to happen.

my salesman was eduardo. he was absolutely amazing! i bought a 2022 pathfinder had no idea about any of the features and he showed me everything there was about it and made sure that i was okay with driving off the lot comfortable. he helped me with everything and is just absolutely amazing i will definitely be back to visit him when i’m ready to trade my other car in !!
