Best car dealer in Conroe, Texas (TX) 2024

Thought this was going to be a different experience from what I had at a different dealership. Was I wrong. The only good thing was the sales person. Spoke to Ben the GM at he seemed genuinely concerned that I got the best deal and service. After I called with concerns about my purchase I was completely ignored, no response to my emails and no call back. Did not get the color I wanted but the car itself is fine. Better luck next time! By that I mean coming back here for my next purchase. ~John

Avoid! Rolled in with the ability to drop $70k (credit union bank draft) but when trying to make a deal, after they had tried to add $thousands in unexplained markups, told me to my face that I couldn't afford their $35k vehicle. They still have never told me what their $2k apex markup fee is for except "all the other dealers do it too." Did an easy deal with Cowboy Toyota for $8k cheaper a couple days later. ~Jason
