Well, I thought they did a good job, but after bringing my car to Firestone I found out different. I noticed when I picked up my car from DeMontrond that when I locked it one of the front lights didn't light up, but thought maybe it's was good. Well it was out and not changed when my car's front end damage was repaired, and my front light coverings are loose, my bushings were not replaced, so after waiting a month and 2 weeks on my car to be repaired I find out when getting new tires that actually they didn't repair everything they claimed to have repaired and did sub-par repair work on my front end. So, I wish I would have taken my car to Spring AutoNation where I bought her. Thanks for ripping me off DeMontrond, and karma is going to get you.

If you want to have your time wasted, this is your place. Every single time I call to see if they're busy, they say "no, we're wide open. Come on in". Then proceed to take a minimum of 45 minutes before my truck is pulled back for an oil change. Then an hour minimum to bring it back out. I can pay roughly $160 for 4 oil changes with them, which is pretty good. But have decided to do it myself from now on. Its a basic task that takes all of MAYBE 30 minutes to do alone, just costs a little more in material. On top of that, I used to allow them to rotate my tires, until the time they did not tighten my lug nuts on my right rear tire. I had to have them come get the vehicle, take it back to their shop, and inspect it for damage, which they said "everything is fine, it is not damaged at all". Despite the pile of metal shavings sitting inside my rim, in plain view. If you call the dealership, you'll be greeted and asked which department you need to speak with, but that doesn't help much, as you'll sit on hold with that department until you just hang up. I've never once drove away from this place saying to myself "wow, that was a refreshing experience" It is a great place to go if you want your time wasted and want to be treated like you are a burden. 10/10 would suggest this to my worst enemy, but that is the only person.

Very disappointed. Bought a vehicle specifically from this dealer for the warranty they offered. So for nothing has been covered under the warranty and most recently coverage was declined due to improper service intervals though ALL service was performed at this dealer and well within the manufacturers recommended intervals. The vehicle has been there for three weeks now and I believe that the extent of the the diagnostics performed are plugging it in to the scan tool and reading the codes. Additionally, in 2019 a safety recall for the fuel pump relay was issued and despite the vehicle being taken to the dealership multiple times for service the recall has not been addressed. Phone calls are not returned promptly.

Thought this was going to be a different experience from what I had at a different dealership. Was I wrong. The only good thing was the sales person. Spoke to Ben the GM at he seemed genuinely concerned that I got the best deal and service. After I called with concerns about my purchase I was completely ignored, no response to my emails and no call back. Did not get the color I wanted but the car itself is fine. Better luck next time! By that I mean coming back here for my next purchase.

I wish I could give more then 5 stars ! Adrianna was absolutely amazing and so helpful !!! I called wondering how much tires would cost, they had the best prices of all the places I had checked and not only were they were all season tires they came with free road side hazard ! She placed the order with me right there on the phone and called me THE NEXT DAY to let me know they had them in and she told me I could just give her a call an come in whenever I’m ready and they’ll put them on for me. The cherry on top was they put the tires on sooo fast I was only in there for like 20 minutes!! I’ll definitely be going back for anything else I need and I will be asking for Adrianna !! Thank you so much again <3

Really is no light no problem with this dealership, not to mention the complete lack of feedback from the service team. I had been a loyal customer of DeMontrond Conroe VW, having bought 2 cars and having regular services with no problem. I since bought a RAM from another dealer (DM did not have one I wanted) but decided to use them for service and a warranty issue I identified. The warranty issue is a gearbox/drivetrain issue, still yet to be resolved. They had the car for 2 days one week with no status updates. When I called they said they were able to duplicate the problem but as it was labor weekend they could not do anymore, so I picked the car up and returned the next week. This time they had for 5 days and after me chasing them several times I was finally told be that the noise when changing gear was "normal' (complete nonsense) and the thumping into gear was not noticed but that too was "normal" for an automatic gearbox. Main issues I have: 1 - No customer care, no update on vehicle status and you are left to call in yourself constantly, even after days. 2 - Issue was dismissed - probably because they either couldn't be bothered, or it would cost too much and did not want the hassle of chasing RAM for the warranty payments. 3 - Being told that things are "normal" and having my concerns dismissed like I am some dumb consumer. This is a $55k Truck, of course I am concerned, but also I am an engineer..... I am sure they will leave a response below that "customer satisfaction is our highest priority...." blah blah, but its all hot air. Damage is done will never use them again, am booked into another dealer now, lets hope I am taken seriously this time.

If you want to spend more money, go to demontrond! I called this dealership today to compare prices and they wanted to charge me almost $10,000 more out the door than the CDJR dealership 10 miles down the street for the SAME EXACT MODEL AND PACKAGE and were not willing to make a deal happen. Spoke with Francisco told him all the wants and needs. I ended up purchasing this vehicle the same day at spring location which was fair and a great experience!

Time was running out on my warranty and several other dealerships couldn’t fit me in. DeMontrond was a little further out but they had opening available and got me in time. They got my Jeep in, parts replaced, and out the door in less than a week. Jim was my advisor and understood my issue and took care of it. Well the tech who worked on my Jeep took care of it. Either way, I was super satisfied and happy about the work done.
