I’ve purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and John Draths does a great job. He always has time to say “hi.” Just started using the service department for convenience. Prices seem competitive, and the service has been outstanding. Even got a free car wash with my oil change and tire rotation. Feel like the dealership does a better job than an oil and lube shop. They do an inspection with every oil change.

I have brought from twin city multiple times and each time , Tiffany Guillory have made my car buying experience less hassle and a great experience, Ms. Tiffany really caters to her customers and she cares , she don’t just try to throw you into just anything to make a sale she makes sure you get what you actually want. I brought a Honda Accord , but I told her I originally wanted a truck , she said “okay I got you” coke back in 6months to a year and at my 6 months mark I can’t forget this , I was at work and she called me reminding me I had 6 months left to get my truck . She really cares about her customers . And what do you know I was at work again , didn’t even notice it was my year mark and guess what , she got me my truck !!!!
